The roof was replaced first, to be followed by the siding replacement and interior work. During roofing, gaps underneath an upstairs bedroom window and existing siding damaged during roofing were never sealed, never waterproofed and we were not notified of the issues. Before the siding was installed, the project manager was fired. Water leaked under the window and the damaged siding causing tile in the bathroom to fall off & damage to the interior wall. Level1 owner found the damage and leaks. Level1 fixed the exterior issues for an additional $500, but refused to fix any of the interior issues claiming they were 'pre-existing issues'. He refused to fix water leaks around the fireplace claiming they were from missing mortar between the exterior bricks. Two brick masons said the missing mortar COULD NOT have caused the chimney leaks. The mortar was fixed, Level1 FINALLY fixed the remaining roof leaks and leaks that appeared after the first fix by replacing interior painters caulk that they used with exterior black sealant. They refused to fix the interior damage from those leaks claiming they were pre-existing. We fired them after the roofing, and got MOST of the deposit for the remaining work to be done. Didn't bother to sue them for the remaining deposit refund.

I contacted Todd about replacing my roof based on the number of signs I saw in my neighborhood.  He came out the next day as promised, inspected the roof and determined that there was hail damage.  He also pointed out signs of damage to my window trimmings and fence.  After I called my insurance company, Todd met the adjuster at my home to discuss the damages.  Once my claim was approved, Todd met with us to pick out our new shingles and discuss the job in detail.  His crew showed up as promised and the roof work was completed within 2 days.  I was thoroghly impressed with the clean up work.  There were NO nails left behind for me to worry about as I had heard horror stories from other people who had flat tires shortly after having their roof replaced.  The window and fence work was completed within the agreed upon timeframe.  I highly recommend this provider!
