Called Friday evening He came Monday at noon. Texted before arrival. Worked quick and efficiently. Found item lodged in drain pump, so no new parts were needed.

He is very good! He was very responsive and quick. He was in and out very fast, and did a great job!

I have to use appliance companies from time to time for my business. Andy always gets to my customers with in 24 hours. He is easy to get a hold of , does great work and is reasonably priced. I have never had a single complaint from any of my customers regarding his work. I do business with over 40 appliance companies across Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana and Grace Appliance is one of my top best appliance companies!

Perfect.....dishwasher working just fine now. Andy, the owner, was extremely polite, on time, and made courtesy calls
to let you know his arrival time.
.Andy had to order the part that was needed so he checked the price with his supplier and he also checked online to compare the prices for me. The supplier was faster and only a few dollars more so he ordered the part and picked it up the next day and came
back and made the repair.
I would definitely use Grace Appliance again. I also love the idea of helping a young family man that cares about his business and and quot;Youand quot; the customer.

I called Andy about an overflowing washer. He was willing to come out that afternoon. I set up a time the next morning. After a quick assessment of the problem, he located an obstruction that was causing the washer not to drain appropriately. He cleared the obstruction and also walked us through some other general maintenance items to help the washer run more effectively. He was quick in his response. He found the actual problem and repaired it rather than changing a bunch of costly parts and working on a "hit and miss" approach. I highly recommend Grace!
