I called them to come see why we had no heat. They were able to get a tech out within the hour! After a very involved diagnoses, he determined what I already was pretty sure the problem was. The compressor was locked up. He gave me a quote to install a new unit that I would provide and came the next morning right on time to install it. No problems at all. They did a good job. I have had these guys out 3 times now for different issues in 2 years. They always give prompt courteous service and get the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have tried 2 other major companies in the Denton area before and they were both well deserving of the "F" reports they got. I will definitely use these guys if the need arises again.

It was easy to contact Air-Care through email and phone.  They were prompt to return our call and schedule an appointment for service.
 Technician arrived promptly - thoroughly inspected the exterior system, the electric panel, and then made his way inside.  All thermostats were examined for configuration, and he located one that had a fan switch set to always on which didn't need to be.  This change will help us save money on our electric bill.  All vents were examined for correct airflow, and he left recommendations specific to Texas on when to change air filters due to the dust in the air in this area.

Two technicians showed up on time. They were young, very courteous, and knowledgeable.  There were no issues with my A/C other than age and a small freon leak. We discussed options, but they didn't try to sell me on anything. Good experience and I recommend them.

Very professional follow up service after another company had performed poorly.

I called on a Sunday (6-2-2013) afternoon, and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday (6-4-2013).  The technician (Ryan) arrived on time, and checked the filter, electrical connections, capacitor, Freon levels, and cleaned the condenser unit. Everything checked out, and plan on using Air-Care in the future.

It went well and they actually found a problem. There was too much coolant and it was working too hard. They took some of that out, so that it would work normally. I would use them again.

Contacted the company on Wednesday morning and asked to setup an appointment. I was fully expecting them to not be available until the next week. To my surprise, he offered to send a truck that afternoon. I decided to make the appointment for the following day at 8:00am. The two younger guys arrived promptly at 8:00 and got to work. Both introduced themselves and were very polite, they explained everything they were doing and the costs. I asked about other services they provide and the guys explained those to me. At no time did they try to up-sell me any services or perform unnecessary work. They even cleaned up after themselves. Overall I am very pleased with the service and will be using them in the future.

They showed up on time.  The technician, Ryan (Kyle), was very personalble and polite.  He performed a multi-point check of the entire A/C system.  Ryan and Bo seemed to be very knowledgeable.  Additionally, they took the time to explain, in detail, every question I had.  I appreciate that type of service and think this company is a great addition to Angie's List.  These folks will be the first people I call should I have any issues related to Heat/Air.  Great Job.

They came out and gave an estimate of $600 but in the end, only charged $150 because it did not need as much to repair as they had estimated.

BO HAS BEEN PROVIDING SERVICE TO OUR HOUSE FOR OVER 15 YEARS. HE HAS ALWAYS DONE AN OUTSTANDING JOB. WE COMPLETELY RELY ON HIM FOR ALL OUR HEATING AND AC SERVICE NEEDS. HE HAS MADE EMERGENCY CALLS ON WEEKENDS AND AT NIGHT WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE. HE IS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH, BECAUSE HE TAKES TIME TO EXPLAIN OPTIONS TO US SO WE CAN MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION.
