We had Noel and his company replace our roof and gutters and some screens. They completed some interior repairs as well and fixed an exterior light that had been broken. His team was efficient, timely, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves completely including power washing our driveway to get tire marks and dirt off the driveway to make it look like no-one had even been there. He is personable and will work hard to get your home back to your pre-damaged state. I refer him and his company to anyone who asks. 1000% would work with him and his team again.

Obviously I hired Ace based upon price, personalities and reviews. I was pleasantly surprised, however, by their thoroughness. We've had to replace 3 roofs because of hail storms and I was satisfied to get a competent contractor, at a reasonable price, who could complete the job in a day. Noel put together a team that discovered 3 linings below the shingles. Evidently, previous crews just removed the old shingles, laid a new lining, laid the roof and left. Upon removing the linings, Noel's group discovered not only damage to the roof that was hidden by the lining, but they also found a vent that a previous contractor must have broken off and, instead of replacing it, just covered the hole with lining and laid the roofing over it. (See attached photos.) I was impressed that these folks, who could have just laid the new roof and left, were professional enough to remove the lining, find and repair the damage, and restore the vent.
