Beware of this company. Penny Brabham Broker doesn’t not have your best interest at heart. This is what I have witness with this company. She will only let people that she wants to see any of her houses and will not let another realtor show it. I was ready to put an offer on my dream home and Penny refuse to let us see the house. That is very unprofessional, and I am willing to bet illegal. She puts her own interest before the clients, so please beware. I am really considering legal action against her, for not letting me see my dream home, and will contact the owner of the said house. I would like to see what they have to say about missing out on an offer.
