I called him in 2011 and told him that I had a leak in my roof. He came out and tried to fix it and he stated there was a nail in my roof and said that he nailed it in the rest of the way to fix it. A week later when it rained, it started to leak way worse than what it had previously. He came back out and attempted to fix it again. After that, the leaks got worse... I had approximately 20 leaks in my roof. My paint, insulation, floor, and ceiling tiles were all damaged from all the leaks. I called him out again and he put tar on my roof and it still leaked after that. I called him again approximately 20-30 times and he never responded or came back out to do the repairs. At that point, I had no choice but to take him to court. I filed at the small claims court and won my case for a total of $1016.00, including court costs. He never paid the $1016.00 and so I waited the 21 days and filed a judgement on him. He still has not paid me my money to date.
