When our ac went out I was sick. We called several different companies for estimates and after meeting with John we knew he was the right one for what we needed. John is a super great guy that knows his stuff. He is very friendly and honest! I had a lot of fears and concerns and a ton of questions. He answered every single one and was extremely patient with me. He helped me overcome my fears and made me feel at ease. My husband and I were very pleased with the amount of time he spent looking at our duct work and the problem areas of our home. He laid out a plan for fixing our issues and was very clear with what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He wasn't pushy. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need or want. And he was able to get us a better deal than any other people we had called. I felt comfortable with him and his employees working in our home. They were very effient and they cleaned up after themselves!!! And everything he said he would do, he did. And now my house is perfectly cool and I no longer have hot rooms! If you need a honest reliable A/C guy, John is the one you need to call!!!
