Athens Pool and Spa ( John Wilson) stayed in contact with me by text message and phone calls. He answered all my questions promptly. He treated me like I was his only client even though he had numerous customers to take care of. I was really pleased, I will continue to use them for all of my pool and spa needs. I have a very large pool and as you know that with high temperatures, it is not an easy fix specially when you have a chlorinator that has gone out. He knew what to do to diagnose the problem quickly. He ordered the part immediately and it was up and rolling within the week. Athens Pool and Spa, are Johnny on the spot! They went over and beyond the call of duty. John and Liz Wilson, know pools and spa's very well, indeed!
Customer Service is more than outstanding because I am a hard person to please. I am a woman and when I want it,I want it now. He recognized my needs so I could continue my exercise program in the pool. Even though the chlorinator was out he made it possible for me to swim. John Wilson came out to my home and vacuumed my 32,00 gallon pool himself! I was impressed and you will be too!
My pool service is under contract with American Home Shield. The service that I was going to get from another pool company was a disappointment, I could see immediately it was not going to be taken care of in a timely manner.

provided professional, accurate and also positive support over the phone when I called him at least 6 times in 3 days just so I could potentially be his customer! A real willingness to help you understand just how your pool can best survive and be maintained! Also, his shop is open for water testing and the perfect supplies. I would happily recommend these business services to anyone I meet. :)

I found out about Athens Pools through a friend. With the first call I could tell these guys are different than the rest. I was trying to get some one out to save my green pool. Jon wasn't interested in trying to push me into the $85 a piece trip charge instead he wanted to and quot;educateand quot; me so I could spend less time fighting my pool and more time enjoy my pool. Before I even made a single purchase with them I spoke to Jon via text and phone with multiple pool questions and he always seemed happy to help. Their closest location is 40 minutes away from me but its worth the drive to be able to get personal service.

We have had a few hiccups but John Wilson the owner of APS has been there for us every step of the way. I would recommend the CalSpa Swim Spa and John Wilson of Athens Pool and Spa. It's easy to give great customer service when everything goes smoothly but when there are some hiccups that's when the true value of a local business and their commitment to customer service shows through. John Wilson and Athens Pool and Spa was committed to everything being perfect and for that I thank you very much. We love and have enjoyed out CalSpa Swim Spa more than we ever thought.

The people there are knowledgeable and friendly, we have had a nightmare with contractors in this area since we retired here. It is a breath of fresh air to find people that actually care about what they do for a living. They also repaired out hot tub as well, and now they do our pool maintenance weekly. I would recommend this company over ALL others in the area, we tried them all, we chose the other companies, not knowing Athens Pool was even there, a friend at church was aware of our frustration and referred them to us, they take care of her weekly maintenance also and she said they have provided her great service since 2009, we are pleased, we bought her and her husband dinner, we were so happy for the referral.
