"Unfortunately, [member name removed] was not able to be available when we were scheduled to complete the job as necessary. We made every effort to accomodate her schedule and she herself was a no show on more than several occasions. We offer and honor a one year warranty on all of our jobs. We were never contacted for any warranty issues with any of the products or services we provided. We were never able to make contact with [member name removed] and never received our final payment."
Adrian provided some ideas as to the type of door he could install and suggested that it would be best if I bought the dog door I wanted installed. He gave me a written estimate for the door, the installation of the dog door within the door and quoted me a $30 charge to replace the small window sill plus paint it.
Once I bought the dog door, I called Adrian and he set up a time to come pick it up. He arrived during the window of time he said he would and took the dog door with him. Within a week, he had ordered the large door and then went to the millwright to install the dog door properly.
Adrian and his employee arrived on time on the day the work was to be done. They did their work quickly and professionally. The back door with the dog door in it works great and he was able to reuse the hardware from my old door. He even put the old door in the garage for me where I asked him to. The window sill looks great too - as if it were always there. They also cleaned up after themselves so there was no trace of debris after they left.
They charged me the total amount that was quoted and itemized the price of the door, the sill and the installation charges. They accepted a check or credit card. I paid with a credit card. I received a copy of the itemized receipt.
I will definitely use them again and would be happy to act as a reference.
