the guy they sent was very professional and pleasant. I noticed about a week later that the only problem was a dark ring against the edges of the walls. I wish he would have taken care of this before leaving. It was where the machine pushed the water up against the wall along with dirt and then dried. I have used them several times and this was a first. So, I would still use them again as I am sure this is a one off.

The technician called to tell me he was running a little late and when he would arrive. I met him at my house and showed him the rooms to be cleaned. He handled the rest and finished within 2 hours. The carpets looked great. I received a follow up call the next day. This is the best service I have ever received from a carpet cleaning company!

They were very good. They sent a person to get the rugs. They did exactly what they said they would do at the price they said they would do it. They were better priced than other places that I had checked. It is family owned and they provided very good service.

Great... no surprises

I like the way they clean the carpets a lot. We have used them twice and they have always been professional every time. The equipment and chemical solution is not soaking wet like most carpet cleaners, when they are done, it is already almost dry. I would and will always recommend and use this company. They always have been honest. One time I was going to purchase the deluxe cleaning package from them and they even said we didn't need that because our carpets didn't need it. That doesn't happen often enough. All around a great company. I don't remember exactly what they charged, but I do remember it was very reasonable.

I think they did a pretty good job. I had no problems with them. The cleaner did show up on time and I thought they were decently priced too. The worker was very nice and used his manners when speaking to me.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND DANDY. THEY(YOUNG'S CHEM-DRY CARPET CLEANING )CAME ON TIME AND CLEANED THE CARPET PRETTY WELL BUT THE COST WAS JUST A BIT TOO HIGH.

WORK WAS PROFESSIONALLY DONE ON SCHEDULE BY PERSONABLE, NEATLY DRESSED PERSONNEL. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I USED THEM AND BOTH EXPERIENCES WERE EXCELLENT.

YOUNG'S GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF CHARGES AND I PAID VERY CLOSE TO THAT ESTIMATE. THEY ARE HELPFUL, POLITE AND COME ON TIME FOR APPOINTMENTS. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND RESPECTED OUR PROPERTY.
