Window Service
One window had to be reordered due to wrong measurements. Three large windows were also measured wrong and installer added material and covered up the difference. Screens where ordered wrong. Front and side windows ended up with wrong configuration. We asked for this to be corrected and that was the last time we saw or heard from Window Medics. Never got the correct screens. High pressure sales with misleading information. No manufacturer documents on windows. How they work, replacement parts, not even the name. Our "lifetime warranty" is a one photocopied piece of paper that is worth nothing. Do not be taken in by these people.
