When replacing condominium medium commercial grade HVAC system (120 Tons Tower Chiller system with screw compressors), interviewed many companies in the Dallas area. Wait Mechanical far surpassed any of the other companies as far as price and service. They are honest, gave the most detailed specs, gave a personal presentation to all homeowners, performed in all aspects as promised and per contract, keep the equipment serviced regularly so it does not start to malfunction, and their employees are prompt and competent in every respect. They even personally showed our Board their installed equipment at three other projects. This is a family owned company for decades that is founded on pride, honesty, and immediate service. I would give them an A+ in every respect and I had never heard of Wait Mechanical until this replacement process.
