After a walk-through of the house, the movers wrapped ALL furniture in blankets and plastic. They had the truck loaded in just over an hour, and unloaded at the new house in just under 2 hours. Not one item was damaged in any way, and the work crew were friendly and fast.

The job was done in much less time than anticipated. Movers were great and moved very quickly. Would definately hire them again.

It was a 5 out of 5. Excellent.

They are really good. We finished everything within the 4 hours. Nothing to complain about. I think they did a good job, but not the very good one I asked before, but not bad.

It went well. They were good about re-scheduling when I had a conflict with the initial appointment. They were fast and professional. They were a little late to arrive but other than that everything was great. I would use them again.

I called on a Monday to have them move me on a Thursday. They showed up promptly at 9am to move my household items. Due to an illness, most of my kitchen items were not packed up, but one of their members assisted with the packing without hesitation. They were professional and courteous throughout the process. The move took about 8 hours, due to packing up the living room and kitchen. If those rooms were packed, the move would have only taken 4 hours.

The crew was efficient and courteous. They wrapped all our furniture and handled our items with care. There was a minor accident but they were honest and didn't try to cover it up.

I booked a mover from Angie's List to pack and move my mom. They did a great job with the packing a few days before the move, but then called me 4pm the day before the move and said they couldn't make it. They gave us the packing for free so I'm not reviewing them poorly. I called VIP Moving Company at 5pm the day before my mom's move (1st of the month). They showed up the next morning at 9:30am and got the job done with three guys in three hours for a great price. Thanks VIP!

The moving crew was professional, friendly, and conscientious of all my items. My only disappointment was being quoted one thing on the phone and charged differently the day of the move. Honestly, the moving crew was so amazing I didn't really mind. One of the owners called two days after the move to follow up, which I really appreciated, however argued with me over a moot point. I highly recommend thier services. Be sure to make communications clear and get them in writing.

After rescheduling a couple of times, we were able to agree on a day and time. They were professional, courteous, and efficient.

Tim and his crew were fantastic.  Finished the job in less time than estimated and all furniture delivered in good condition.  Only issue I had with VIP was scheduling.  Was not able to schedule through the Angie's list link or by calling the number provided.  Texting was the only method that worked.  Overall, great service for the price and would recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with owner, Mark, and his crew yesterday. He stayed the entire length of the move overseeing every aspect of the loading and transporting. They were all careful, courteous and attentive to detail. Every un-boxed item was individually, meticulously wrapped during the move. The one thing which was not A+: the team arrived at least 30 minutes after our beginning-of-the-day time slot. While it had me a bit nervous, once they started working all my fears were gone as they dove RIGHT in, full speed. And while I hope we don't move again for a long time, I'd use Mark in a heartbeat if I did.

They arrived 3 hours after I called and went right to work on getting a very heavy 423 pound freezer into my garage. They unpacked it from a bolted on pallet, put the wheels on and set it up for me. They were even willing to wipe the front down and put the shelves up for me but I said I could do that. Most wonderful, polite, friendly and fast company I have dealt with in awhile. Thank you for everything Mark. Will call on you again if ever I need help and will pass on the information to all who might need your services.

Mark and his team moved us from an Arlington house to our Mansfield house, we even had them come out the day before and pack us up.  The entire crew was awesome, worked hard, and were very friendly.  These guys were respectful of our stuff and good [nice] around our children.  Even though the job took longer than expected, we never felt like they were rushing to get the job done.
I will definitely use VIP again and will recommend them to anyone I know moving within the DFW area.

This is a top quality company. Everything that was promised came true.  The moving personnel were top notched and very careful with the furniture.  Most of the furniture was wrapped and padded.  They were punctual and friendly.  Their pricing for what they did was very reasonable.  I highly recommend this company.

The three men were very good workers. We were paying by hour and they were very efficient and worked at a great pace. Very friendly and very careful with our belongings.

I've used them a couple times, they're really good. They were really careful, they were fast, they did whatever I asked them to and they were very nice people.

They called the day before to confirm the move, and then called again on the morning of the move to confirm again and let us know they were on their way. They showed up with 5 men and 2 26FT trucks. They were friendly and professional. Though they charge by the hour, throughout the day they made sure their crew was respectful of time and quality service. These guys knew what they were doing and were very helpful in packing things that were not quite secure for the move. It was probably the best move I have ever experienced. My husband was hesitant to go with a company that charges by the hour, but this company and crew won him ever. Everything arrived safely and unharmed. We have to move again in six months, to our permanent home, and we will definitely use them again. We can say enough positive things about this company. We had a great experience and would refer them to anyone.

Les and Tim arrived at my home and after assessing the job to be done, got right to work.  These gentlemen were courteous and professional and were very careful with our furniture.  They wrapped each piece with blankets,  and carefully placed it in the pod outside of our house.  I've already scheduled them to come back out and move everything back in when our floors are finished.  I am very impressed with this service and would recommend them to anyone in the future.   Kudos also go to Mark, the owner.  I called him several times...scheduling, cancelling one date and rescheduling another.  Changed days again, to come one day earlier because of a rain threat.  He was more than happy to oblige.  Mark and his crews are in the business of customer service and it shows!  Kudos to VIP movers!!
