After speaking with a sales rep named Curtis Shultz and discussing my information and potential trade he scheduled an at home test drive to be done on 11/30/20 at 12:00 pm. On 11/30/20 a Morgan whom stated she was a sales manager contacted me and requested a pre qualification which had already been done 2 days prior. At 11:27 I was informed that salesman Tyler would be on his way. At 12:20 Tyler contacted me and said he needed pictures of my trade to help with paperwork before he brought the car over. At 1:10 I was then contacted by Shane Cox whom stated he was upper management and wanted to discuss financing APR, Term and Payment and I had not even been given a test drive and they ran my credit with out even having authorization to do so! When bringing up that I never authorized my credit to be ran and never received my test drive I requested to speak with his boss and he transferred me back to Morgan. When started discussing with Morgan whom at this point was constantly talking over me and my wife the same as Shane Cox was she stated that Shane was her boss. At that point I was done with Vandergriff Chevrolet due to the Lieing and deceiving which they had done and told Morgan that I was not doing business with them and hung up. She then called back multiple times to raise her voice and call my wife a ***** multiple times telling us that we were not allowed in her store and Vandergriff will never do business with my family. This dealership management is absolutely the worst customer service you could ever receive!

Their punctuality was not too good. The only thing that I was not too satisfied was I made an appointment to go in and have it done at 11:15th that morning. I still had to wait at least two-and-a-half to three hours for that before I go pick my car up. I am thinking why you would have to need to make an appointment when you are going to still have to wait two-and-a-half, three hours. They should not even bother to try to accept people’s appointment. It is not going to do any good. If you brought it anytime that day, you are still going to come out with the same result.
