On the first day we met he made me sign an exclusive representation agreement with a 6-month term. His service was OK until I asked him whether he was willing to give us a discount on his sales commission. After rejecting my request he started dodging my phone calls, ignoring my emails, etc. He was basically unreachable. As a result, I couldn't switch to another agent for 6 months.

Paul coordinated very well with various subcontractors, i.e. cabinet maker, electrician, plumber the tile man and the countertop installers. It finished nearly on-time as promised. The work was held up due to the problems with countertop installers since their work had to be redone. Paul readily called his workers back in again after the rework was finished. One of his guys put a small dent in the exhaust fan/hood, Paul on his own initiative bought me a new one and had it installed without any hesitation. I am very happy with the quality of his work his professionalism and his meticulous thought to every detail. His quote was higher than other bids, but in the end we were very happy with the results of his portion of the remodeling contract.
