UNCLAIMED FREIGHT CO & LIQUIDATION SALES

The purchase went really well, but the quality of the items was below par. They lied to me saying that I would be receiving brand new items, when I was looking at items off the floor. They said that they would send me the new items in the box, and they sent me the stuff of the floor. They told me that there were no refunds on the items, and I thought that I would be receiving new items. They don't sell new furniture, they only sell used and refurbished. Most of the merchandise is damaged. The mattresses that I purchased from them, after sleeping on it for a week or two, my back started hurting. They would not exchange the mattress. They don't try to clean up the merchandise or dust it down to at least make it look like new. When you do call to complain they have to call the main office. When you do talk to someone they are very rude, and treat people like once they have your money they no longer care. I would never use a place like this again, terrible experience.
