WE WERE MOST IMPRESSED WITH MR. GOODWIN AND ULTIMATE CHOICE/CENTRAL SECURITY GROUP. THEIR SERVICE WAS FLAWLESS IN EVERY RESPECT. MR. GOODWIN TOOK A PERSONAL INTEREST IN THE CHECK-OUT OF OUR EXISTING SYSTEM, THE CORRECTION OF THE DIALING PROBLEM, AND EVEN TOOK CARE OF NOTIFYING OUR PREVIOUS MONITORING COMPANY. IT IS INTERESTING TO NOTE THAT THEIR MONTHLY MONITORING CHARGE INCLUDES A 100% WARRANTY ON OUR ALARM SYSTEM HARDWARE & SOFTWARE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST; WE WERE VERY PLEASED AT THIS EXTRA SERVICE. IN ALL OF THEIR WORK, THEY WERE CAREFUL OF OUR HOME AND FURNISHINGS, LEAVING NO MESS BEHIND! WE RECOMMEND THIS ALARM SYSTEM COMPANY HIGHLY.
