Two Men and A Truck

We had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck! I called the Arlington location and spoke to Ellie (hope I'm spelling that correctly). She was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and HELPFUL. She took my pitiful description of our belongings and helped me figure out how many boxes and other moving materials I needed. The packing materials showed up promptly, so we had plenty of time to pack before our moving day. Moving day arrived! Kameron H. called to let me know they were on the way. They arrived at the time we were told when we scheduled our move. Kameron and the other two young men who came, Elyjah B. and Kvon M. were all very professional and polite. They took great care with all of our belongings. They wrapped all the furniture. They were efficient. They were conversational, but didn't dally to try to milk the clock. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck Arlington location for all of your moving needs!

Fairly well. One of the two was not experienced. He kept overloading the cart provided by the storage facility and then had to pick up items that fell off - repeatedly. He never learned to load more accurately or to load less. Several items were dinged or dented. The driver was excellent at loading the storage unit so that we could get to items and still move about the unit. They were great at the house. Helped to move a loveseat to another location so that the one on their truck could be placed.

The office staff were very nice and professional in how they handled the scheduling of my move. However, the 3 young men who came to do the actual moving, were not careful with a lot of things, and several items were broken or scratched. They spent lots of time gabbing between themselves. They were 2 hours late for their appt., which messed up my moving schedule. The problem is, you can't readily see if everything is OK while the movers are still there asking you to sign off on the paperwork that everything is ok. It wasn't until later when I began to assemble things that I saw broken and scratched items. |

The two guys were professional and very friendly. They worked quickly but carefully, and our across-town move went without a hitch. They did everything we asked them to do without a problem, including carrying a very heavy couch up a flight of stairs.
