Excellent. This is one of those companies that makes you wish there were more like them. Showed up when they said they would, kept me informed, completed work in timely manner and went beyond the call of duty. Everyone we interacted with was great. Highly recommend them. I know our neighbor has also used them and been very happy.

I called them on a Saturday and they came right out, fixed it and didn't charge me extra for the weekend. There was just one worker. He was great and professional. They fixed the mess. They did everything.

We were having landscaping done at the time and needed to move our existing condenser units. Since the units were needing replaced anyway, we asked Tropic to remove the units while the landscapers worked (a few days - glad it was March :) ). Then Tropic came back a few days later and installed brand new units and replaced the blowers in the attic - they did it all (well mostly all) in 1 day. They were professional and worked hard all day and pushed through on into the evening and made sure that we had a/c before they left. They came back the next day and cleaned up. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a/c work.

Great, right on the appointed time, work done fast and professionally. I will use them again for maintenance or repairs as needed.

We had our house on the market and the house was vacant. With the condensor unit right next to the drive way, thieves found it an easy target and they stole our condensor unit. We were led to Bob Cameron of Tropic Air and he was sympathetic to our plight. He attempted to find a decent used unit to install. However, he was unable to do so in a timely manner - so he recommended a unit to install and as soon as we gave the ok he and his crew were out to the house and had it installed very promptly. Both he and his crew were professional and courteous - we would definitely look to Tropic Air for our future needs. He also recommended installing a cage over the unit to prevent further theft which seemed like a good idea to me.

All went well. I am quite pleased with the same day service provided. The technician, Ryan was very professional, arrived on time and completed the task in a timely manner.

They were under $100 for the tune up which is hard to find anything that cheap anymore. They were excellent both times we used them and I was highly satisfied. They were very friendly, quick and responsive. They also were fair priced and did great work.

Work was done well and completely. The installers showed up on time and worked until the job was done.

We were getting estimates from most of the BIG HVAC companys. My husband kept seeing Tropic Air's truck in out neighborhood. So we looked them up on Angies list and they had some great reviews. For a small company they came in with the best price. It turns out one of them lives not far from us. The biggetr HVAC companys were expecting us to decide on the spot, like we were supposed to believe they were giving us the best price. NOT SO! Tropic Air said this is what they could do for us, being absolute honest about what we needed, that they would do the work in one day, they would clean up so you could not tell that they were here. Mike and his brother were so personable and gave us the best warranty that none of the big companys could. We went with them. They had to remove the door frame and molding in order to get the bigger unit in, they got the unit in and installed the new outer unit also. The new unit is quieter, putting out the cooler air. Our old unit was 29 yrs old and it was on its last leg so you know we needed a replacement. We are so happy we replaced our unit before the hot weather hit. We had estimates ranging 7,200.00 to 9,700.00 and Tropic Air gave us the same unit for a lot less and doing the work in record time, Besides being lots of fun! Its nice to work with Nice People and that is what the People at Tropic Air are. I would reccomend them to anyone. If you want Honest, hard working people, call them first. I would use them in a heart beat.

We've used Tropic Air several times over the years. They always make a big effort to get here ASAP. They are out to do a good job and do it right at the least amount of cost to their customer.

Tropic Air exhibited godly character from beginning to end. It would be a shame to not use them for your needs.

They were very responsive to all my questions and gave me a good quality job. I was very happy that they stayed late just so they could finish the installation. The clean up was done very well also.
