I cancelled my new pool contract due to breach of contract and lies. Therefore, I asked for my deposit money back, but it has been a month and still have not received a firm response from the owner when I can get my money back. The owner Chris keeps giving me excuses and excuses, lies and lies, for why my money is not available to refund me. This is ridiculous and very frustrating. Also, be careful with Steve Edwards.

The customer service was the worst I have ever dealt with. They tell you they will be there. Then they don't show up or call .I made the mistake of paying Them the last payment and there are two things that have not been done.I Would never use them again.

They did a small repair job. They were available the next day and completed the job quickly

We were impressed with the company... in the beginning. But once they got half of our $10,000 payment for a full pool renovation, it began to go downhill. In our opinion, the work was way less than professional, took 6 months plus and still did not complete it. They became agitated if we asked when something would be done... for the 3rd or 4th time because all previous promises had not been fulfilled. When we were told the renovations would be completed on a particular day, we were asked to be sure and have a check ready that day for the balance, which we did and it was cashed within hours... but the work that day did not end up completing the job, and we are now 3 months past that... and still not completed. Their weekly maintenance crew that was doing weekly cleaning during the cleanup period advised us they could continue to service our pool after hours if we would like (that part of the company seemed to be trustworthy and dependable), so we continued maintaining our pool with them and paid them directly. Only to be told by the owner that **we** were unethical for using them behind their back and that they would not complete our pool. Turning a companys poor business running and performance in to the customers fault... not good. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... EVER!

Friendly service. Timelines got pushed back a couple of times but other than that, it was an overall decent experience. They replaced my vinyl liner in my inground pool. The actual installation was very quick once it was schedueled. My stairs that I ordered took a little longer than the liner by about 2 weeks but they didn't make me finalize billing until they arrived.

gave us estimate on work to fix on side of pool deck which was pulling apart from pool, do patch wk,remove diving board. came out one day to work and then didnt hear from him for a couple of weeks. they only worked on one corner of deck at that time. finally talked to him about finishing the job.to make a long story short, it took 2 months to get wk done. then i still had concerns about the rest of the deck,that i thought was being fixed,he said that that was not part of estimate. Not a very professional company at all because before the work was finished he called and wanted his money,then threaten me with a lean on my house.
