I came home today and my trees were trimmed up perfectly, right on schedule. Their quote was very reasonable and the job was done on time. Best yet, I didn't have to take a day off work to stay home and supervise. I will definitely be calling them next time I need tree service.

Multiple people on crew - took them most of the day to complete the project. Climbers were very safety oriented both from a personal standpoint and protecting our property. This was a massive trimming and branch removal project. The work was done on 7 very mature live oaks .....the type that continue grow and have branches fall off. Not only were they very professional, they did a superb clean up job. They arrived with the proper equipment including a very large shredding machine. I paid them on job completion. The trees look very good after the work. Bottom line is they knew what they were doing and worth every penny of the cost.

Initially, we called them after finding them on Angie’s List. They had better pricing than other companies that we compared too. They cut the limbs off of the Oak tree and disposed of everything that we didn’t want to keep for firewood. They took the tree down very efficiently and they arrived on time. They came out for three different treatments in spraying our fruit trees. We did have to reschedule our appointment on a couple of occasions. They were good. However, they can be a bit difficult to schedule with. They have one arborist and a smaller staff. They did a good job for us and we were pleased with them. We would use them again knowing that we needed to be flexible with our scheduling. The quality of the work that they did was good.

This is quite possibly one of the best contractors that I have ever used. The cost estimate was provided lightning fast and was in writing with details. They arrived on time and worked very carefully so as not to do any damage to my yard and/or house. All proper safety guidelines were followed by the employees for their safety. The price was extremely reasonable for the work that was performed. You will not go wrong if you use this company for your tree work.

Treetop employees arrived on time and started working on the tree immediately. It took less than 3 hours to cut the tree down and grind the trunk to the ground. All the tree branches were disposed of properly. The area where the tree was growing was cleaned off.Great job.

Excellent service provided by this company who I would highly refer to anyone. Terese provided excellent phone communication with followup calls to ensure work was complete. Her and Ed was very nice, professional and responsive to our needs. Again very pleased with TreeTop & would definitely use in the future.

We have lived at this address for 28 years and have some very large and old trees in the front and back. They were in bad shape. Some of the trees were hanging over the roof. There were multiple dead branches. The trees had been neglected and badly needing shaping. This company arrived on time, did their job, and did a great job cleaning up. The workers were courteous and did their work efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I felt their price was very reasonable.

The Oak trees were planted too close to the house and had gotten large enough to potentially cause foundation problems in the very near future. The Crepe Myrtles had just gotten woody and did not bloom very well and we decided it was time for them to go. With the large trees being so close to the house, I was afraid of large limbs falling on the roof and causing damage. I called and spoke to Terese. She scheduled the estimate appt. We talked two or three times over the next week and she was always very pleasant and professional. When Ed came out to estimate, he was prompt and knowledgeable, plus he gave me the best price of any of the estimates I got. When the crew arrived to begin work, they were on time and very professional. I showed them where my sprinkler heads were so they could avoid them. They removed the limbs in a manner that caused them to fall away from the house and away from one street light wire. They worked very hard and were very efficient. They did not waste time and did an excellent job of cleanup. When they finished with cutting everything down, they said it was getting late so they would be back in a day or two to grind the stumps. They showed up the next day about noon and had two stump grinders. They completed the job and raked the ground mulch into piles over the old stumps. I was very pleased with the entire job and company, and would recommend them highly. .

Set appointment, showed up on time, supplied a written estimate that was significantly lower than the other estimate I received. Scheduled the work and showed up with full crew and all equipment. Worked quickly and safely, cleaned the area to better than when they began. Bothe Ed and phone contact Terese were friendly and open to all our concerns. Neighbors had TreeTop bid on some remaining work they needed. They reported TreeTop's bid as being much less than the company they used just earlier in the year to remove 2 trees. They plan to schedule work with TT soon I think. Could not imagine a better experience. Thank you TreTop and thank you Angie's list for helping me find this tree service!

I have only good things to say about this business. They did a great job and it was done quickly and at an unbelievable price. I definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs their services. The last guy that gave me a an estimate wanted $900 to cut this tree down. I told him he had given me an estimate for $400 last summer, but he still wanted $900 even with the prior estimate and the fact there was no leaves on the tree. TreeTop Tree Service is AWESOME. :)

They cleaned up after them selves and finished the job in less time than I could have imagined. We were totally satisfied with them and would refer them to our friends.

We wanted to remove limbs and trim high branches of three trees in our yard, so we wanted to hire a tree trimmer who carried insurance. I had seen Tree Top on AL, and then we saw their truck in our neighborhood. Our estimate was made by Ed Berry, who was personable and knowledgeable. He used a pointer light to confirm the tree branches I was pointing to, and that made communicating much easier and more accurate. The 4-man crew arrived right on time in two large Tree Top trucks. All of the crew wore hard hats, and the main tree climber/trimmer, Juan, wore hard hat, tool belt and rope and pulley. It was very reassuring to see them so well equipped. From inside my house I watched the crew work. In my opinion they did an outstanding job. Juan carefully moved around in the trees, adjusting his rope and pulley as needed. He was obviously very experienced, and seemed very focused and careful. The rest of the crew picked up limbs, fed branches into the wood chopper, cut lower branches, and swept up sawdust. The crew seemed to be always looking up at Juan and around the work area as they worked and they seemed to have a procedure in place for working in a safe manner. Because they arrived with such a powerful wood chopper, they were able to clean up as they worked so the job was done in a very neat and efficient manner. They were actually interesting to watch. Excellent job.

Although they didn't arrive when planned due to other appointments, the work was done quickly and the cleanup was excellent. Root grinding took an extra day. Arrival time was not a big issue with me. Quality of work was. The estimate was surprisingly low. Ed is a pro at this and gave some free advice on replacing the oak.

They worked very quickly and cleaned up well. Ed was very cordial and likeable. They had a difficult time because the road was being asphalted down the road so they had to maneuver their trucks and equipment around the asphalting. They were very prompt and did a good job. He didn't try to talk me into any expensive work. He was honest about the pricing and work he could do. The woman that answered the phone in the office was as friendly as could be and fun to talk to.

A branch broke from the tree and was tangled in the electrical, phone and cable lines going into the house. Although it was Saturday they sent a man out to trim the branches away from the wires. Then they came out later to trim off all the branches. It was a sick elm and it was only a matter of time until more branches fell. They trimmed off all the limbs and ran them through a chipper. The last time I had tree work done, I had to get rid of the wood myself. I really appreciate the help of the office staff and really appreciate them working on a Saturday to take care of an emergency.

First I tried to contact the electric company, total waste of time. Then I pulled up Angies list, found a company with a great rating in the town where I live, and called. The lady in the office gave me a cell number for a person in the field. I left a message and he returned my call awhile later. I explained the situation. He came out, looked things over and was able to cut free the limbs without damaging the wires. I paid him what I thought was a very reasonable fee. And later in the week they are coming back to get rid of the rest of the tree which, unfortunately, has seen better days. Im very very pleased, especially since all this happened on a Saturday. I'll write another review when the rest of the work is done.

The representative that came out was very friendly and professional. He quoted me a price that was more than the previous company, but the office personnel later called and informed me they would do the job for the same price as the prior quote. I was delighted and definitely wanted them to do the job. However, when I called and asked for proof of insurance from the person that was doing the job I never received the proof and never heard from them again. I could have called but figured they didn't want to do the job or perhaps the person wasn't insured...I really don't know. Maybe they were just too busy and had other jobs and forgot about me. I'm still a little puzzled on this one. I really was counting on them doing the job for me. I spoke with the woman from the office after writing the review and she says the insurance information was sent. I I know they take pride in the insurance part of their service, so I'm believing they just sent the info to the wrong email address because after searching I am still not able to find anything from them. No big deal; I'm sure from all the positive reviews they do awesome work and are insured.

We were very pleased with TreeTop and would definitely recommend them. They removed a tree and ground down the stump. Trimmed 2 med-large (11 year old) trees, two medium trees (7 yrs old), cleaned up a very large old tree, and trimmed 5 tree-sized crepe myrtles. We had the trees trimmed once before, but the other company only cut off the bottom branches. TreeTop carefully trimmed out interior branches and the trees look wonderful! And our grass is beginning to come back! They cleaned up the yard completely.

We got estimates from 3 companies for the work. Treetop was not the least expensive or the most expensive. They were the only one that gave us a written estimate. It was a detailed estimate with price listed for each of the things to be done. They did work with us some on the price, including Angie's list discount. A crew of 4 showed up on time and quickly got to work. It was a big job and it took the whole day. Sometime during the day a neighbor parked a car across the street from the woodchipper and left their windows down. The crew noticed that dust from the woodchipper was going inside the car so they knocked on the door to see if it was my car. I went across the street and told the neighbor so they could roll up their windows. I did appreciate that the crew noticed this and told me so that I didn't have an unhappy neighbor. We were very pleased with the work done. The dead trees, poorly placed trees, and overgrown shrubs and hedge were gone and the large trees looked tremendously better after being trimmed. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward also.

They were very professional,did the work quickly, andcleaned up.ad We had two trees to be taken down, some wood to be cut up for fire wood, and many stumps to be ground up. The did a great job.quickly. When it was time to pay them I noticed that they were gone andhad left their stump grinder. About d30 minutes later I got a call from the foreman. Oneof themenwas injured in the job and he had taken him to he ER. They were back within the hour to get thfeir equipment. We were VERY pleased and plan to have them to come back and do more work. Their price was very good
