TreeTop Tree Service

So, these guys from TreeTop Tree Service show up at 8:30am to do a job that I got a bid on about 1.5 weeks before. They were very busy and were going to contact me to let me know when I would be on their schedule. (A very necessary thing because I have a vehicle in my driveway that doesn't run, and I would need to get some muscle there beforehand to move the car. in fact, one of the tree's dead limbs had fallen on my husband's car and on my son's car and was the catalyst for me finally hiring someone to come fix the tree problem) Well, for some reason I was never notified on when I would be on the schedule (oversights happen) so I was not prepared for them when they arrived. They COULD HAVE said that I would need to reschedule, INSTEAD, these guys MOVED THE CAR! Then they proceeded to do the job I had gotten the bid for. These guys dug in their heels and busted their butts getting this job done. (side note: My husband recently passed from a 22 year, long and hard terminal illness. I neither had the time or energy to do yard maintenance myself, and I surely didn't have the money. My yard was a mess, and I now know how much my neighbors really were embarrassed by it) TreeTop changed the appearance of my yard so much that my neighbor came by to tell me: 1. how good it looked 2. that they had previously used my yard as a "marker" when they were on their way to THEIR house. "Get to my mess and go 2 doors down." They laughed as they told me they bypassed their own home because my messy yard wasn't messy anymore. My trees are trimmed, my cars and visitors' cars are safe, and my yard looks amazing! And these guys also moved my husband's car back into the driveway. They cleaned up every bit of mess that happened while they worked and my home looks like a HOME for the first time since my husband got sick. The crew of 5 worked for about 2 hours and was worth every penny and more. I got multiple estimates for this job and TreeTop was the best estimate. After seeing their quality of work, their attention to details, and their over-the-top personalized service, I am convinced that if I had chosen any other company, I would have been just another client. With these guys from TreeTop, I was a person and they saw ME and took care of me like the companies from days long past... Like I mattered. I HIGHLY recommend TreeTop Tree Services!

The guys thanksgiving did the cutting were great. They were careful not to let any big limbs fall and damage anything I had in the yard. They also did a wonderful job with raking and clean up!!

It was great. They punctual, quick, efficient and all excess wood was removed. I was extremely happy with the service!!

It started out good and got better. Jeremiah provide the estimate for us. He listened to what we wanted done and he made recommendations to improve on that which we agreed to. The team that trimmed the tree and shrubs and removed a tree did any excellent job. Good cleaning up the tree and shrub trimmings. Removed the tree and the stump with no issues. Well the stump grinder broke but they came back 2 days later and finished the job and cleaning up the stump area. Wish I could remember the lead persons name. His team did very good job! Next was the sod. Jeremiah led this team and a very good job in the heat (102 heat index). Would hire this group again.

The tree trimming crew came and did an excellent job of trimming 4 trees and removing all the resulting debris. The tree expert administered fungicide and vitamins to 3 ailing trees. We will observe them during the summer to see if the trees improve. I have looked to TreeTop to care for my trees for many years. They are the only company I will consider.

They were very careful when removing it. The trunk and branches were huge. He had a large team there working to prevent any more damage to the roof or windows as they cut the tree in sections to bring down. Very professional.

They did an exceptional job on all our trees. They removed some that needed taken out and trimmed up the rest. Before, our yard seemed very crowded and now it’s very airy and breezy. They did a very amazing job.

Have used TreeTop before, about 3 years ago at previous home and had no hesitation calling them again. Get on the list as Terry and his crews stay busy! And listen to his advice as you walk around your property. He has a lot of experience and knowledge.

Great! They came out and removed the branches that were resting on our neighbors' fence. Then returned a few days later to complete the job.

Treetop did a beautiful job! They removed a large oak that was curved over our fence and slightly over our neighbor's house. They expertly removed the tree without any problems, even grinding the stump. There is no sign of a tree having been there. It was amazing watching as they trimmed our other trees. These guys definitely knew what they were doing. Unlike other companies we've used, they removed all the deadwood and trimmed the trees beautifully -- enhancing the beauty of the trees. No whack-job like other companies who have randomly removed branches/excessively "raised the canopy." Even with all of their care, they were efficient and cleaned and cleared all debris. Treetop will now be the company we use one our trees.

They took care of my problems. They came out quick. They did a great job. They're a very good crew. Very professional. They did everything that was supposed to be done. They even cleaned up the yard after they were done. I was very pleased with it.

We are very happy about their service. They couldn't have done better. The quality is very fine, we just couldn't have been more please. They were here promptly and cleaned everything up. It took them three days to complete the work. The workers were very talented. The lead guy that went up in the trees, was extremely talented. He was a ballet dancer up there in the trees. They cleaned up and they brought a wood chipper with them so all of the small stuff  was taken away. They couldn't have done a better job.

This is the second time I've used this company. They showed up on time and handling everything exactly as discussed while getting the bid. Excellent work. The only downfall was getting them to contact me. I used their website to submit my info to get the bid for the work. After two weeks I had not heard from them and called them myself. Within two day, I had a bid visit. Within 10 days of accepting the bid, the work was completed.
