TreeTop Tree Service

I didn't end up using Tree Top Service to provide any services for us, reason being that after talking with them and setting up a date and time for a consultation and estimate, I was never called and no one showed at the designated time. When this happens, I won't reach out to remind a business of their obligation. It pretty much seals the deal for me that I'll be going with someone else. This is not to say that they wouldn't do a good job for you, and they were professional and friendly when we talked on the phone. However, this was my one issue that prevented me from using them.

They were good. The price was fine. I found them on Angies List.

The crew from Treetop showed up in a timely fashion, was professional and expedient. Work was done as requested, and the crew left the work area clean when finished. I will definitely use Treetop again. Money well spent !!

Mike at TreeTop arrived on time for an estimate. Set a date and crew arrived to do the work as described. Great people, great work. Will use again.

Called to get information about a tree and if removal necessary a quote for tree removal. Owner made prompt appointment to view the tree even though recent weather issues must have really crowded his and his crews schedules. Owner visited and discussed the pros and cons about the tree and removal. Tree had a definite growth pattern and lean toward the house. Decided to remove tree. Tree was over 50 feet tall and had two main trunks. Owner set a quick appointment for removal. Tree removed as scheduled and all debris removed. Absolute no issues in dealing with this company. The owner was informative and attentive.

Spoke with TreeTop Tree Service, got an estimate of $250 and set up an appointment. They showed up on time, trimmed the tree and cleaned the yard completely before leaving. I was thoroughly satisfied. They did a real good job. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Wyong and his crew were very courteous. He knew what he was doing. He cleared the trees off; really shaped them up prettier than I have ever had them. I have had them shaped over the years. I never had them quite as nice as they were this time. He really got way up there high. I was kind of surprised that they were able to get up as high as they could. They really cleared out so much that dead stuff. It was just amazing how much stuff they got out of there. The trees are beautiful and they did a fabulous job. Their price was very fair. I had three other people come out and they were by far the lowest. I was surprised because a lot of times you get the lowest price you wonder if the work would be good. I did get the lowest price and the best service.

I have an ash tree in my fron yard that has not been cut back in several years. Treetop gave me an estimate over the phone that was very reasonable and in fact was $50 less than the last company I had used. They were prompt and did a great job, and even cleaned up the leaves in the driveway that had accumulated that fall! I would definitely use them again.

They were good. There were dead trees here which they got rid of. I will use them again if needed.

Mike provided good detail on the quote and covered everything we wanted completed. The crew was professional. They were very careful not to cause any damage and worked very well together. All debris was removed. Great Job!

It went very well. Very good work! No damage to the garage that the larger tree was right next to. Mike was very clear from the start and he answered all of our questions.

He was very helpful in giving me a ballpark estimate and also offered great advice as to who's responsibility it was to cut the limbs back. I talked to his office manager initially but he was quick to call back in response to my voice mail.

TREETOP TREE SERVICE Treetop Tree Service, did a really good job! Cleaned up great, they forgot to call me but, came out pretty quickly and the job was excellent.

Very prompt response to my request, crew was right on time and was done quickly. You can't even tell there was ever a tree there.

We were VERY pleased with the service provided by Treetop Tree Service. Mike came out on a Friday to give us a quote. We had 24 trees in our front yard and 14 in our back yard and wanted 4 removed (including stump grinding) plus wanted all remaining trees cleaned of dead limbs and low hanging branches. All of our trees are at least 30 feet tall. Because of the amount of work, Mike quoted us a daily rate. We thought the rate was a little high but after seeing the completed job we feel it was well worth the amount paid! We scheduled for the following Friday. Mike called us before the appointment to ask if we had any other concerns and to confirm we were still set for the upcoming Friday. The Treetop team arrived on time at approx 8am and had all work completed by 2:30p. The team used harnesses to go up in all the trees with proper safety gear. They even got on top of our two story house to trim limbs that were hanging close to the roof. We will definitely use Treetop for future tree services and would HIGHLY recommend them to others.

During a severe storm one of our big Bradford Pear trees split in half, with half of it landing on our cedar privacy fence (we believe it was struck by lightning.) We emailed Tree Top that evening because we knew we weren?t the only folks in the area who sustained damage to trees and we didn?t want to be so far down the list that would have to wait several weeks. Later the next day - we were 8th on the list - Mike, the Arborist, came out, we discussed the severity of the damage to the tree and determined that the whole tree would have to be removed. Mike gave us an estimate to remove the tree - stump, roots and all. I offered to give Mike a deposit or some kind of payment & he explained that they worked on the honor system and we would be mailed a bill. A refreshing surprise! He explained that the office person/scheduler would call us and let us know when a crew would be coming. We were called the next AM and were told they would be out to do the work in two days. The work crew came as scheduled and cut the tree up and removed all but the roots and stump. The crew came back the next day and augured out the stump, filling the hole where the stump was with dirt and mulch. They removed as much of the remaining tree bits as possible. Then they left. Mike followed up in a few days to ascertain that everything was done to our satisfaction and we received a bill in a couple of weeks.

They arrived on time with a crew of 4 and completed the job in 2 hours. They brought a chipper and completely cleaned the yard and the street. The price quoted was $75.00 less than another quote we received. We are VERY pleased with their work and will use them again!!

They're amazing. They did better than we thought. Neighborhood kids would throw trash in the bushes they were supposed to remove, but they didn't complain. They took out the trash. They were on time. Their price is very comparable.

They arrived on-time, were very professional and courtious. They performed the work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. The only suggestion I have is to make sure they can provide you with a receipt prior to signing for the completion of their work and payment. They didn't have a carbon-copy of the form and advised they would mail one to us. We still have not received it. Other than that, I was very pleased with their work and cost of this job.

When Mike gave me the $600 estimate, I about fell out of my chair. I had estimates from two other vendors of almost $2,000 to do the work. The other vendors gave me a big song & dance about how difficult the assignment was. Not Mike, he said "no problem" and he was right. The 4-man Tree Top crew had my monster tree down in under 3 hours. It was a pleasant surprise from start to finish. They're getting all my tree work from now on. Thanks, Tree Top!!

Called Tree Top on Monday to set up an appointment. They came out the next day, gave me a estimate and did the work the same day. The trees look great.

Mike gave me an excellent bid, two hundred dollars below any other I received. He also provided the liability insurance that covered me in case something happened to one of his crew while doing the job. His crew arrived on time, did everything they were supposed to and even removed a large limb that had fallen into a fence. Their cleanup was immaculate. I could not have been more pleased!
