They presented themselves as Realtors but they didn’t have a Realtor’s license. They sold me a home that I really didn’t buy or lease. It wasn’t in the condition that it was presented in. I paid him in a lump sum and he took the money. He gave some money to the owner but he kept some for himself. I paid $10,000 down. After I put another $12,000 into it, an electrical company came out and found a lot of electrical problems. They responded to my needs but it was deceptively. I’m in a lawsuit with them. I hope no other poor soul gets taken by them.
