Bryan beat the tar out of competing bids on the fence. The sod bid was identical. The sandbox was a unique item and not bid out. It was worth paying an extra haul charge on the sod from Arlington to Coppell in order to get the savings on the fence. Bryan also bid on a 60' feet railroad tie retaining wall and was competitive. All around, very competitive pricing.
Quality
It has been one year. The sod has survived. The sandbox has weathered well. And the powder-coated iron fence shows zero rust.
Responsiveness/Punctuality
I communicated with Bryan using phone, email, and a scanned plat of my house. It is very rare to find contractors who don't insist on meeting you in person during business hours. So this was great. As I was never on site, I can't judge if he is on time. He returns phone calls and writes detailed email!
Professionalism
When he thought somebody else was a better choice for some other work, he said so. Job site clean afterwords.

They did some irrigation and drainage work for us. They were prompt, and very reliable. They had competative prices, and did excellent work.

We got the reference from the guys that sprayed for weed.   He is by himself and we had him come out and they did a good job.  We called them to adjust one of them and they did.  It seems like a good company.   They came out on a Tuesday and a week before.  They were here a long time for about four hours and they really did a lot of work.  They had to lay down a line for the electrical connection for one of the parts and they had replaced the number of sprinkler heads and a lot of work.  This one guy was working the whole time and no walking around.  I think it was $75 plus for the parts.  They did a good job and solved the problem.  We moved here and the part of system wasn’t working.  They got it all fixed up and put the appropriate size of things where they need it to be and set up for automatic stuff and what was required by the city and the code because we are not supposed to water between certain hours, so they did an excellent job.  They worked hard and no time wasted even though it was expensive and got our money’s worth.  I think they were pretty reasonable for what they did.  Ours is a big area and a lot of things had to be changed and arranged and fixed and so forth.  There wasn’t a product that was so much and there were certain parts too but it was more the quality of the work that was excellent.   We are planning to use a different service from them and we found out from the sign on the truck that they do landscaping.   We are going to do it for sure but we are going to consult with them. 

The work they did is very attractive but definitely not functional.  My biggest problem was not solved and it appears they have no intention of fixing it.

They came out and did a great job with the installation. Even when I thought I had a problem with the system, they came out several times to check on the system. They have a really good follow up. They are now maintaining our lawn.

EXCELLENT WORK, BEAUTIFULLY DONE, CREW WAS CAREFUL THE OF YARD WHERE EQUIPMENT HAD TO GO THROUGH WERE RESTORED COMPLETELY.
