The Franciscan of Arlington apartments are described as luxury apartment homes, but don't let the fancy entrance fool you.These apartments are average, but a little pricey. They are adjacent to a lower rent complex which did cause some issues. The security gates were often out of order, and are really just an impression of security.
We stayed 3 years and always paid rent on time, but upon leaving, we were charged for pet cleanup (we never had a pet!). They also charged us for cleaning the oven, and it was spotless when we left. Renter beware, if you choose this location, photo document everything and have your proof ready before you leave if you expect all your deposit back.
