THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY NICE AND TOOK ABOUT ONE AND ONE HALF HOURS TO COMPLETE THE WORK. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE NOTHING ELSE HAPPENED TO THE CLOCK SINCE IT WAS A VERY OLD CLOCK THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME BY MY MOTHER. THEY GOT IT WORKING CORRECTLY IN NO TIME.

REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY NICE & WORKED ON THE CLOCK TO MAKE SURE CHIME WAS OK. THIS CLOCK WAS FROM MY MOTHER & THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID HE HAD NOT SEEN A CLOCK LIKE THIS IN A LONG TIME.
