Derek, the owner came by and gave me an estimate for the work. I was very impressed that they used their own employees for the work and didn't hire out to contractors. I actually didn't get any other bids!! I finalized my colors and the date was set for the work to be completed. All of the correspondence I received from them (via email, mail, phone) was timely in manner. The two girls at the office, Regina and Heather, were super nice and extremely professional. The day the work began, they had 3 guys show up and they got to work! Had everything done by 4:45pm that same afternoon and I must say.....it looked AWESOME!!!
I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a quality, professional job done!

Couldn't have had a better experience.

Arrived when they said they would and did a great job painting the selected areas of my home. Also took care in not getting paint where it did not belong by covering the floors and furniture when necessary. All the guys I dealt with were very professional from Derek, to Justin, to the crew lead Gary and everyone in between. Have recommended to friends and will continue to do so!

After having a different painting company fail to show up on 3 occasions, it was a pleasant change to work with TexPro. Derrick came and gave me the estimate and discussed how the work would be done. The date was scheduled and when they said the workman would show up at 7 am, I was skeptical since I'd had such a bad experience with the other company. However, on the scheduled date, the doorbell rang promptly at 7:00 and by 7:05 the work was underway. Chet did a beautiful job on all facets of my job and even offered to do some other small touch ups while waiting to put a second coat on the places he'd patched. He had me look carefully at everything to be sure I was satisfied, cleaned up when the work was complete and was professional and friendly. I am 100% satisfied and will use this company again and recommend them to friends. They do not use subcontractors and it shows in the pride they take in their work.

Fantastic experience. Owner Derek Chambers was great to work with from initial visit through completion, and he provided detailed written explanations and estimates . He left no doubt that his company could and would deliver excellent results.

I was surprised by the amount of work he and his crew put into the project, from preparation (power washing, priming unpainted brick, window caulking, wood repair/ replacement) through final hand-painted trims and clean up. Everyone in the crew was courteous and capable. Derek always answered any and all inquiries promptly (and patiently).

TexPro Painters makes absolutely the best argument for not choosing a lowest-bid contractor. Factor in their professionalism, skills, and confidence, and they really are delivering maximum bang for the buck.

Derek and his staff take pride in their work, and I'm proud of the work they did for me. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Derek took the time to completely explain what they would do and how they would do it - and he puts it all in writing. No deposit required - he accepts payment after the job is completed and you are happy. They also have a referral bucks program that can save you money off your project just for referring them to a friend or neighbor. The crew is uniformed, friendly, and has great attention to detail. Best of all Derek is onsite throughout the painting process to ensure everything runs smoothly. Would refer and use again.
