TEAM AIR CONDITIONING & HTG

I called this provider because I received a coupon in the mail for a $69.95 air conditioning cleaning and maintenance.  The advertisement specified that materials, such as freon, would be extra.  I called to make the appointment and said I had a coupon for a $69.95 air conditioning cleaning and maintenance.  When the provider arrived, I told him I wanted the $69.95 air conditioning cleaning and maintenance.  When the work was completed, I was charged the cost of freon ($65), plus $119.90 for the cleaning and maintenance: $69.95 for my first unit, and $45.95 for the second.  Never was I told that my second unit was not included in the advertised price.  I wouldn't have gone with this provider if I knew it wasn't.  I called the company to complain, but could not get any sort of refund or apology for not having been upfront about the costs.
