SUN VALLEY POOL SERVICE & REPAIR

My pool looks great all year. I barely even notice they come but I sometimes have repair issues that they deal with right away and explain how I can do some easy things myself or have them make repairs. Not costly.

They have done great work, I had spoken with the sub-contractor who cleaned out my filter and have been very pleased with the way my pool is looking since using the services.

I have used this company for around five years for my weekly pool service. We have also used them extensively for pool equipment service as our pool builder went out of business soon after building our pool and left us with a lot of pool equipment issues unresolved. They have always done excellent work and finished it quickly for a fair price. They are trustworthy and I can't recommend them highly enough if you need a weekly pool service company or just a piece of pool equipment serviced.

I was unhappy w/ the quality of service and called to complain. They said they would fix it and didn't.

THEIR RATES ARE REASONABLE AND THEY DIDN'T TRY TO TELL ME THAT MY POOL FILTERS NEEDED TO BE CLEANED OFTEN (I CHECKED WITH THE MANUFACTURER ON-LINE AND THEY DON'T). THEY DO SEND NOTICES IN THE MAIL WITH MY BILL TO REMIND ME WHEN IT IS TIME TO CLEAN THE FILTERS. ALSO, WHEN WE GOT FERTILIZER STAINS IN THE POOL, I CALLED TO ASK WHAT WAS INVOLVED IN GETTING THEM REMOVED AND THEY GAVE ME SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS, INCLUDING ONE I COULD DO MYSELF WITH PRODUCTS FROM A SUPERSTORE. THEY ARE GREAT!

WE HAVE USED SUN VALLEY POOL SERVICE FOR OUR WEEKLY CHEMICAL TREATMENTS FOR AT LEAST 8 OR 9 YEARS. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT AND HAVE NEVER MISSED A TREATMENT. WE USE THEM YEAR-ROUND.

THEY ARE USUALLY PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR SOME TIME NOW.
