+ -1 moreWhile meeting with his insurance adjuster regarding the damages to the condo, he agreed to pay me half a months rent ($500.00). We could never get him to pay so I had my son call him. He told my son to "Lose my Number". He has yet to pay.
Description of Work: Mr. Jenkins was working on the condo above when his men broke a pipe and flooded my condo damaging the walls, light fixtures and carpeting. The first repairs were unacceptable by both our standards and he made the necessary repairs except the carpeting issue is yet not finished. I was unable to live in my apartment for almost a month.
