One Time Interior House Cleaning
She didn?t clean the whole house as agreed. She said she will be done by 2pm but pressured me while I was in a meeting around 1pm to pay her. I did not get a chance to review her work because of the meeting I was leading. She was long gone after I was done with my meeting.

"Hello Mr [Consumer Name Removed], unfortunately the entire house was completed, there was an extra room that I cleaned that you didn?t mention when we spoke that I cleaned as well. I told you I would be done around 1:30 - 2:00 as which I was done around 1:30ish. I had another cleaning to get to by 3 which was 45 minutes away. I completely understand if you were in a meeting, but unfortunately I could not wait due to another cleaning I had to get to. Thank you."

Which is as important to me as the work itself. I enjoyed her fresh personality, eager attitude, and how my home looked when she had finished.
I have been ill with asthma most of this year. I hope she will put me on her permanent list and we can have a long and happy mutual respect!
