I hired this pro to install a new gate entry, paint me fenced in back yard, add decorative rocks and add trim along the edge of backyard to keep debri off my patio. The paint job and deck repairs are so sloppy I am embarrassed to admit I hired a professional. The job looks as if a amateur did it. I have emailed, texted and called to express my concerns but have not received a return phone call. I really want someone just to call me back, acknowledge my concerns and tell me what can be done. I have received at least 5 email notifications to remit payment immediately. I have no problem paying for the work. The quote was expensive but I expected to receive professional work for the steep price. The inital conversation was lovely and I felt confident I would receive excellent service. I imagine I will need to redo the same job next summer. I will also need to hire someone else to cut 3 fence posts. I was told they don't make equipment to cut fence post evenly.

Installer arrived and went right to work, knew exactly the way to do the job. Finished laying the sod, cleaned the area all in fast time. Checked my sprinkler system to make sure it was working properly. Left instructions on how to properly water the new sod and what to expect in coming days, Tal James

SpringScapes did a excellent job in solving our drainage issue and install new grass in the front yard. They also adjusted a few sprinkler heads that were too low and replace one that was broken that I did not about. Christina is excellent to work with as she listen to what we wanted but also provided suggestions.. The crew did an excellent with the drain and the sod that was laid. I would use them again. In fact I already thinking of a job that I need them to do.

Christina was great to work with. She made sure I understood the process through completion of the Project. I would recommend SpringScapes for any upcoming projects. After the Project completed, Christina made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

Our project was to solve the issue of an upper level in our back yard. It is approximately three feet higher than the rest of our property and is difficult to maintain. We wanted to find a solution that would permanently remove weeds and add some ornamental trees. We had such high hopes as Christina presented herself so well. Unfortunately, she did not follow through with what she said her team would do. We explained that we had really resistant weeds and needed a solution that would keep them from coming back. She said they would remove the sod and, therefore, the roots. When the day came, the crew simply trimmed the weeds down to the soil and covered them with fabric. I texted her to alert her of the mistake: ?Just curious...the landscape fabric is down and plants are going in, but they never used the sod removal machine. Is that ok To which she replied, Yes. We sprayed to kill the roots. Well, as we could have predicted, weeds have already come through, after only a few weeks. The other issue, somewhat related, was in the coverage provided by the river rock. The landscape fabric was showing in several places. It seems she did not receive all the rock she ordered. The crew returned to add more rock, but there is still fabric showing. Had they removed the sod, as we were told, the area would have been more level and the rocks would have covered the whole area. I do have pictures I would be happy to share if not allowed here. Bottom line, if you decide to use them, be sure to write down exactly what she says she will do and have her sign it before leaving. Then, plan to be outside watching the whole project and stop them if anything looks different than expected.

We had St Augustine placed 2 years ago in our front yard and looks fantastic! It has spread and very healthy. Christina was great to work with.

Just an update on this business's review: Our honest advice to any homeowner who is looking for a decent business to do landscaping for them to RUN AWAY from Christina Allen like running for your dear life away from fire. She ripped us off badly, due to her wrong advice almost all the plants she ridiculously overcharged us for, ended up dying. She did not put any drain system in any part of the close to 0.5 acre around the house. She falsely reassured us that this is not needed. she kept telling us to keep watering and watering until everything was drowned. She didn't made full of us by asking us to do what's so called "the tube test!" making cool of us in the process. Multiple patches of the lawn she placed ended up dying and she would not take any responsibility for replacing those patches although this happened literally a few weeks after they were placed. she promised us to give us warranty on the job but she honored none of the warranty she promised in wrighting. She brought us mulch from the dumpster and charged us money for it. We pleaded with her for months to do anything about it and she kept refusing to do so. We ended up hiring someone else and spent thousands of dollars to fix the mess she created. She has enough audacity to go after us asking to be paid in full despite all what she did to us while she actually owes us an apology. She just sent us a certified letter threatening to place alien on the house like every other rotten contractor. Please do not fall in the trap like we did and we have and are still suffering because of that.

This company is wonderful. They work well with your budget and truly listen to what you want for your project. I felt like I was working with a friend during this process. Would absolutely hire them again!

Christina was very professional and took the time to show and tell me what her plan of attack was. I was hesitant because previous work done by someone else who didn t fix the flooding issues I was having. But she assured me that what she was gonna do would solve the issues and did! I don t have to stress anymore when I see rain in the forecast.

The quality of work was great. Arranging the layout and understanding the workflow can be challenging. There were four-phases and upon completing phase-one they started directly on phase-two before the ok was given, and left it partially done over a three-day weekend. Be warned, they are pricey but worked to accommodate my wishes. They are hard-working landscapers. Cheers!
