HE WAS HELPFUL AND SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HOWEVER, HE WAS VERY TALKATIVE AND WANTED PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY (WE ARE USUALLY BILLED). WE HAD TO KEEP CALLING OVER AGAIN TO GET HIM TO COME OUT. HE WAS ON VACATION AND HIS BACK-UP WASN'T COVERING HIS CALLS VERY WELL.
