I called and left a voice mail message late on a Thursday afternoon not expecting to get a return call until the next day.  To my surprise (and delight) Mark returned my call that evening around 6:00 p.m.  He set an appointment for the following Monday and was able to arrive earlier than originally planned.  I had a problem with a television where I could hear the networks but could not see the picture.  I knew it was a simple fix but simply could not figure it out myself.  Mark easily identified the problem as an incorrect input setting and had it resolved in about five minutes.  I also needed to swap out a new DirecTV DVR receiver for one that had gone out on a separate television.  It turned out to be fortuitous that this occurred while Mark was here as the swap out was not nearly as simple as the accompanying directions would have me to believe.  In all, Mark worked for about an hour at a rate of $95/Hr. + tax.  A bargain considering how far he drove to my residence and the value of his services.  Mark is very professional in both appearance and demeanor, knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk with.  He is often available on weekends.  I absolutely will call Mark again and recommend him to neighbors and friends.
