They were terrible. The man from this company and the installer had a falling out, so we had to find someone else in the middle to finish the stereo installation. They bypassed the carbon dioxide detectors and didn't hook them up. They were not responsive. I had to call them and email them over and over to get a response. Their price was comparable. I will not use them again in the future.

In February I returned home to my apartment to find my door had been kicked in and all of electronics cleaned out. I must have called at least 15 alarm companies and none would provide monitoring services to apartments. I called Solution 1 and Estelle came out to our apartment that evening and we were hooked into their service the next day. The technician was very professional and friendly. We'll use them to wire security in the home we are building. They have been a great!
