Wayne came out told me we needed a new outdoor compressor, he told me we did not need the one inside. I said ok this was for my dads house. I had done some research on my own and knew you have to match the tube size to the compressor on the inside. I asked wayne if he had the same size and he told me he did. So i pay him to get unit and he return the next day to install. Sure enough it was the wrong size, but he told me it does not matter. But the other 8 business I have called in the yellow phnoe book said it did matter and the unit will last maybe 1-3 yrs. I told him I did not want the unit, but he told me he would not give me the money back, and I could sue him or just let him put it in. Did not have the time nor the money to get another unit so I let him install. I feel he ripped me and my dad off.
