Bret carefully measured the sq. inches of return air surface on the air conditioning system and quickly determined that more was needed to meet the system manufacturer's specifications for maximum efficiency.  Bret went into the attic and examined the duct work and the system plenum and duct sizes.  Then we discussed the options.  He soon texted me with an estimate for the project based on our chosen option.  I okayed the price on the project.  We scheduled a day and time for the project.  He was prompt on the day scheduled for the project.  Bret completed the work in a timely manner.  It took about 3 1/2 hours to remove the old grilles, boots, boxes, ducts and build the new boxes, install the new boots, grilles and ductwork.  He cleaned up the debris and put away his tools and equipment.  Bret is very knowledgable of air conditioning systems.  He is very professional.  The air conditioning system operates more efficiently than before with slightly more sq. inches of return air surface than required by the manufacturer.  The house is cooler with less run time on the air conditioning unit.  I am pleased, because that is what I was hoping would be the result.

There is a considerable improvement in comfort throughout the first floor which is what we wanted. We are care givers to my wife's mother and the temperature level is very important. We definitely have a great return on our investment.
