I do not recommend using this company. They charged me $190 to do an initial assessment and give us an estimate while our house was in 8 inches of water. Both the call center representative and technician on-site failed to mention this charge during the entire process, so we received a surprise bill for $190 and we did not even use the company for the repairs and restoration services. Plenty of other companies do free assessments, I would recommend using any of those companies instead of this one.

THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME AND ASSESSED THE PROBLEM. HE THEN ADVISED US THAT HE COULD SAVE THE CARPET. WE LET HIM KNOW THAT WE NO LONGER WANTED CARPET IN THE BATHROOM AFTER EXPERIENCING SEVERAL OVERFLOWS. WE REQUESTED THE CARPET BE PULLED UP. HE ADHERED TO OUR WISHES AND GAVE US FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS ON PROPERLY DRYING THE AREA. HE WAS VERY NICE.
