"job was completed. gutter working correctly. you are talking about a bid we gave you for more work. which was once again changed up. everytime go to customers house, she changes what wants done, which ends up costing us, as we get stuck everytime with extra material, that we cant return. last bid given was over our 30 days, which all of our bids given are only good for 30 days. she has never had a problem with the gutter work. we have been out when said would, have done the work she has always wanted. she is unhappy as this last bid given we have decided not to do work for her, as stated before has costed us everytime we go out there. sorry"
