Firstly, Brian Chavez and Kenny Fields were very open and honest with us as to the type of roof they would give us and why, and they went into extensive detail to explain how they work. No other company we interviewed took this amount of time and care in detailing materials and methods. We felt we could trust them, and they were always available and responsive to any request for information or assistance throughout the entire process. They gave us a lot of time and information before we signed the contract with them. They took care of all the dealings with our Insurance company. They were also very flexible in accommodating our needs as to when the job needed to be done.
When the time came for the work to be done, their crews were extremely pleasant and efficient. Mr. Fields was present during the working to monitor them. There was minimal damage to landscaping. Their guttering crew were excellent too.
After the roof and gutters were finished, they repainted the entire interiors of two rooms that had been affected by the replacement of the roof.
Overall, excellent people, and excellent service.
