Robertson's Lawn Care

Mr. Robertson was a no-show and he did not give me the courtesy of a phone call to let me know he was canceling our appointment. I saw him doing lawn care on a neighbor?s yard one afternoon and I asked if he would be able to do some yard work at my house. He looked at my yard and gave me a satisfactory price and said he would be back ?in the morning? to do the job. He was also going to bring with him a bid for ongoing yard service, since I was interested in having him come every week. Once morning had passed, I called him on his mobile phone twice asking him to please call me and let me know if he was coming, since I was waiting for him. He did not return either call, nor has he ever called to explain and/or apologize.
