The company was able to work me into a busy schedule quickly. The project went well and the clean up was good.

This company visited my residence three times and had to come out a 4th to "make sure they ordered the correct number of shingles". On this last visit, no shingle samples were brought out, no attic inspection was performed. After the visit, around 7 pm, I received a phone call from the sales person Mark David asking me what color shingles I wanted. To me, this should have been discussed on the visit. The appointment to install the roof was missed by 2 hours with no communication made until I called and asked why they were no on site. After the roof repair, which was not cleaned up properly, and the huge trucks on the company's web site were not utilized, my air conditioning no longer cooled. AC repairmen came out under my home warranty but the service was invalid due to a nail entering the air conditioning copper pipe. Rite-way was contacted. They said to send the receipt, which I did. Instead of paying for their damage and negligence, they want to file a subsequent claim against my insurance. If they had checked the attic before they began the work and said something about the ac pipe being close to the attic ceiling, at that time, their issue would be warranted. Since they did sloppy and un-researched work, it is not.

Although many roofers signs went up in the neighborhood weeks ago I am the first to have my roof completed. I have the nicest roof in the neighborhood and with two days rain now no leaking...........

I had an architectural single roof installed. I dealt with Mike and Gilbert. They were both very professional and kind. They roof was all changed in one day. They cleaned the mess after them, the roof looks great. I had some issues with my sunroom leaking within a couple weeks. They came back and fixed it. I definitely recommend them, and would use them for any projects I can in the future.
