Small Appliance Repair, Appliance Repair
Overall this was a complete disaster.
He slid the oven out and damaged my wood floors. After cycling power, improper installation broke the trim around the oven.
Rick Mealor and his son refused to give me back any of my money.My wife and I called Rick Mealor directly. Mr. Mealor hung up on us several times. After calling him back several times he refused to say if he was licensed and insured. Mr. Mealor refused to say how his insurance company was or if he was even insured. Our last conversation ended with Mr. Mealor saying, "F*$k the Better Business Bureau, f*$k stupid customers, and I have a loaded gun here if you want to come and talk."
Never do business with Rick Mealor or his son. They are rude, do poor work, damaged my kitchen to the tune of about $600.00, and then cussed me and threatened me when I called him. I truly believe that he is a liar, and is in fact, not licensed, bonded, or insured.
