They were a bit late that morning, but called ahead so that I was aware.  When they got there they immediately explained the cost was calculated.  Once that was done they immediately went to work.  Steven was extremely experienced and didn't have any difficulty with the tight corners moving my washer and dryer.  They disassembled my bed.  They loaded quickly and efficiently.  Once at the house they unloaded everything and hooked up my washer.  Steven explained that I needed a different cord for my dryer and showed me where the instructions were on the dryer to replace it.  They unloaded everything just as quickly and efficiently without any damage to any of my furniture or belongings.  I would definitely recommend their services.

For the most part they were very careful with our furniture and boxes, though they did hit the door with the master bed's headboard before they put any padding on it, but luckily it didn't cause any real damage. They also packed/unpacked two or three boxes upside down causing loose contents to spill inside. They were scheduled to start at 5pm but tried to show up at 4 pm, and since I was paying them hourly I had to ask them not to come until the scheduled time, which they were very accommodating about. When they arrived they worked very quickly and diligently. They never took a break and if there was a moment were one had a couple free minutes while the others organized the truck, they would find work to do and keep things moving. They did miss some items that we asked them to pack, causing me to have to go back with my small pickup and retrieve them. Toward the end they sent a 4th guy out to help finish the job before it got too late, but never asked me if that was OK, and of course they charged me for it.

They showed up on time. They had two people who came. Both of them took very good care of the furniture. They wrapped everything. They were also very friendly.

Charles Fulmer was very professional. He responded to emails promptly and confirmed our appointment. He and his two-man crew arrived a few minutes early. They were very nice, took apart the bed and were very careful with all our belongings, and padded everything carefully. It started raining and they were careful to put down a pad to wipe their feet on when walking into the house, and they covered the furniture to keep it from getting wet. They were also careful not to hit the walls or door frames. They worked fast and moved everything in two hours.
