We started on time. Work was complete within the window of time we asked for it to be completed. There were a few occasions when we weren't sure what time work would continue or be completed. We believe this is just the nature of remodeling. It doesn't always go on a certain time schedule.

Do have all the fixtures picked out and delivered so they can be installed as soon as they can. They left me one working bath during the entire job so I did not have to move out of the house for any time.

He is competent, punctual, and easy to work with. Doesn't demand payment up front and he just a good guy to deal with.

He is extremely responsive. He was very good about suggestions that would save cost vs doing high cost. He made recommendations based on our budget. He has a small crew. They got on the job and stayed with it until they got done. He was extremely professional. I had his office number, cell number, and email address so it was easy to contact him at any time.
