Quality Touch-Up

My kitchen and bathroom look completely different! Ken did an amazing job. He kept me informed all along the process. He was there when he said he'd be there and he did what he said he'd do. I can't say enough good things. My house looks amazing! He did my kitchen, two of my bathrooms, the mantle, my kitchen table top and a custom made stand alone cabinet.

Amazing service and work!

Fantastic. Ken and Antonio are very easy to work with and their work is beyond excellent. The cabinets look brand new and I am very happy with the results. They may not be the fastest or cheapest, but their quality is the best. I would definitely recommend Quality Touch-Up.

Excellent work, prompt and really good value

I found Quality Touch-Up on Angie's List.  I was purposefully seeking a company with not that many reviews.  In my experience the bigger companies are less personal and generally can be a pain to deal with and are often times overpriced. Ken (owner of company) was on time to our estimate appointment and gave me a thorough explanation of how every part of the job would go. I had met with a couple of competitors and felt that Ken was the best candidate. The price was very fair as well, so we agreed to proceed with the job. Ken had samples made for me right away to make sure we were on the same page before doing the job. The samples were shown to me very soon after accepted bid.  The job went smoothly with all work being completed on time and as promised. All of Ken's workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves nicely. (Keeping and leaving a clean work-space seems to be less and less common these days.) I would recommend using Quality Touch-Up when trying to keep costs down on investment houses or when trying to remodel your home. They make old cabinets look new, which is a great money saver vs buying new cabinets. This particular job was an investment flip house and due to the job being done well and hassle free I have since re-used this companies' services on other flips and would use on my own house should the need arise.

This company had been recommended by a friend and was highly rated on Angie's List.  When Ken came out for the estimate he clearly explained what he would do, how he would protect the floors, counter tops, and other items in the kitchen / breakfast / great room. 
After we selected him he was going to make several samples of various stains so we could make a selection.  Unfortunately we had a family emergency and could not go to his shop.  Instead, he picked up a drawer from a piece of furniture we had decided that we wanted to match.  When he came back in a week with all the refinished doors and drawer fronts, they were perfect.
We had been somewhat worried about him getting over spray on our new counter tops or back splashes.  He protected them well and there was no damage whatsoever.
We thought his price was a little high, but I believe the quality was worth it.

2 other contractors destroyed our kitchen.  He came in and was here for a short time and made it look like a whole new kitchen; he even refinished our kitchen table.  My neighbors now want to have work done by him.  He was getting the kitchen ready because we are trying to move, but now it looks so great that I might want to stay.  He stripped two layers of paint and sanded to the bare wood.  They would stay all day and do the work until it's done, if you would like.  Their prices are extremely reasonable.
