Extremely well. The estimate was in the middle of the 5 vendors called. They arrived on time. Each vendor offered different solutions but his was the most reasonable. References were good. They arrived on schedule for the job and finished on time.

We purchased a foreclosed, 2-story home in Fort Worth that had not been cared for in recent years; the roof was a mess with many leaks. We had two projects; one was a 3,500 roof shingle replacement and the other was a 10x49' enclosed porch tin roof that needed repair at the seams. The 5% discount coupon was good for the tin roof repairs, but not the roof replacement.Bruce Sabine was very helpful with the evaluation and my questions about shingle options and what kind of repairs would be needed for the tin roof. We chose a 25-year, 3 tab shingle for the roof's home. The price included the tear out of the existing roof, and making changes to the ventilation system that was working against the home, and the removal, cleaning, and replacement of the strips on the tin roof. We needed a total of three turbines and two L-135s and they removed all other ventilation that had not been working properly.Our home sits at the back of the property of a deep lot overlooking a lake and has a surround fence. Bruce asked if they could cut part of the fencing to allow better access for material delivery and debris removal. We allowed that. We were not present while the work was performed. The roof replacement was very quickly completed, but the tin roof took several more days as it was a 2 man crew working on a very hot, tin roof. We've not had much rain since the repairs and can not 'test it' to see if all leaks have stopped - but the guess is that everything will be fine.Tim Cox was flexible in meeting us at the property for final approval and payment. The day we met him, we showed him that the crew had left some materials/trash behind and had not been diligent in picking up the nails around the property. The latter was especially a concern as we have young dogs that like to find things to chew on when they're outside. Tim apologized for the crew's leave behind and walked around picking up as much as he could. He explained the roofing method that Quality Tops uses because, he explained, they give a better guarantee (5 years vs 2) than other companies - the extra step provides a better roof and eliminates the need for them to come back on service calls. We liked that extra step! An $8,881 project is a big investment and we appreciate how patient Bruce and Tim were in answering our questions.

They were extremely prompt on all their communications via phone call & during appointments. That was a great first impression. They followed up consistently during the service with any questions - whether I had the questions or they did. There was easy access to a live person - I didn't have to worry about leaving messages. They were also very thorough on their initial estimate. They had to arrange the relocation of my satellite dish after the work was completed & they did so in a very timely manner. There was an issue with the insurance check. They worked it out with me - they allowed the check to clear first so there was no rush for payment which indicated a certain amount of trust. I've even gotten a recommendation for a different type of work from them.

He was punctual and informative.Gave our roof a thumbs up. We would not hesitate to call upon them for future work.

When Quality Tops Roofing Inc came out to inspect the roof, I showed them where it had already fallen in. Instead of putting in a new casket, they just shoved that one back in there. I knew it wasn't going to work. About a week or two later, we had a big storm come in with high wind and it pulled it back in. And they put it off for about a month. They kept saying they would come out and fix it but didn't. And then I finally had to call up the president of the company and then they came out and fixed it.

We contacted 3 companies and QTR was the only one that answered the phone and set an appointment. One of the others made an appointment after 10 days of failed interractions. The other company scheduled an appointment, rescheduled and then didnt show. Bruce and Tim were very professional. They explained the process in detail and did everything they said they would and one time. These guys are in a league of their own, excellent customer service and industry knowledge. They scheduled the work in a timely fashion, the roof was replaced in one day and then Tim returned for an inspection. Thanks guys for the new roof and the valuable information about the 30 year shingles. I'm glad we called you instead of the guys that had all the signs in our neighborhood.

I was greeted by a well mannered and proffestional staff who arrived on time and let him go about collecting the information he needed. After about 45 mins he knocked again and went over his findings about the roof. Because my house is older (build in the 50s). I had concerns about proper ventilation in the attic. These homes were not built with insulation in the outer walls so anything I can do to keep the house cooler during the summer I am all for. I brought up questions about the need for additional vents around the side of the house and a roof-ridge vent (the ones at the top of a roof). He said because of the design of the house and the current level of venting those were not needed and recommended instead removing the single turbine vent at the center of the house and adding two evening placed turbines instead. I saw this as a chance for him to give me a honest option which I feel he did. He could have agreed rasing the price of the job and providing something that in his professional option was not needed. I felt at point I had found the company for the job. Later I called and confirmed that I wanted Quality Tops Roofing to do the work. We sent up a date for the job and waited for the day. As that day approved they called to see if could arrange for a later date because other jobs were taking longer than planned. I agreed as the house was in no danger of damage (no leaking). My only concern was it would be the week of Christmas and asked if that would be an issue. I was told no and so we moved the date. Quality Tops Roofing called to remind me the supplies would be arriving a few days before they started and confirmed if it was ok to use the driveway in front. The calls as all the others was very professional and we went over a few of the points of the work again. The day arrived with the team getting there early and starting to remove the old roof, the teams was again professional and well mannered. They quickly went to work and within a few hours had remove the old roof, and began replacing any questionable wood that was showing signs of rotting. The foreman kept me informed of what they had found pointing out the areas they wanted to replace. A few hours after that I had an all new roof with the new turbines and heater vents and it looked great. The team spent time cleaning up the mess of the old roof including the nails and let me know they were done and someone would becoming by to give a final inspection and close the job. I strongly recommend this company. They are great to work with, take the time to answer all your questions, even the silly ones and make sure you are comfortable about things. With all the hundreds of companies out there I would hands down do business with them again and have told others about my great experiences with them.

We set up an appointment and Bruce came out and gave us an estimate. He went line by line down the estimate, explaining everything and explained what things might add to the cost. For example we needed some of the decking replaced. The price quoted was very reasonable. Bruce told us that Tim would be calling to set up the time for the work. Tim called the next day and we set the date for that Friday with the materials to be delivered the day before. Due to bad weather the work had to be rescheduled for Saturday. The crew showed up on time and got right to work.The cleanup after they were done was very thorough. They picked up everything and went over the yard more that once with the magnet to pick up the stray nails, etc. Other than the great looking roof you couldn't tell they had been there. Tim came out the next Monday to inspect the roof and make sure there were no problems. I had a couple of questions about the way the valleys were done and Tim answered them to my satisfaction taking the time to explain why they were done that way. Only after Tim was satisfied that the work was done to his and our satisfaction were we asked to pay for the work! We weren't asked for any payment up front. (You hear about companies asking for some payment up front for "materials".) We would highly recommend Quality Tops Roofing for anyone needing work done on their roof. They are a professional company that you can trust and the work is top notch.

About 2 years ago we had our roof replaced (not by Quality Tops unfortunately) and were still having problems and leaks. The "other" company came out and said it wasn't the roof, it was a something else. I contacted Quality Tops, Bruce came out and told me exactly what was wrong, gave me an estimate for work and finished it very quickly. No problems since! Really wished we had used Quality Tops the first time!

I had 2 estimates done and QTR was the cheaper of the 2. We settled on a day and they knocked it out in 8 hours.

I had a roof leak that also caused damage to my ceiling. Matt was very responsibe in providing an estimate and completing the outside work. He was very patient in dealing with my schedule over a few weeks to get the inside work completed. Overall I was very happy with the whole process.

Bruce Sabine (owner) came out to do the estimate. He was very personable and professional in explaining the work to be performed and the timeline for completion. The roofing crew was friendly and worked fast - but not too fast. The roof was completed over two days, and the gutters were installed a day later. The whole process from start to finish was a pleasant experience and I will definately use Quality Tops Roofing for any future roofing repairs.

They were very professional from the time of the estimatethrough job completion. There were two issues that occurred during the job which Bruce and his crew resolved in short order. I would not hesitate recommending this company to others, and will use them in the future if the need arises.

These guys are great! Bruce showed up to provide the estimate and he delivered his estimates without using the insurance numbers to keep the bias out. The crew showed up 3 days early and finished in 1 day. Tim (responsible for delivery) was a great guy...found a new friend! These guys are a model of how a local business should operate and treat their customers!!!

Quality Tops came by and gave me an estimate for my roof repair and put me on a list . I was pleased as it it difficult to find any roofing company who will do just "repairs". After the tornado's hit I was frankly afraid that the repairs would be pushed back further, however, they showed up and quickly did the work right before the next rains came. My roof does not appear to be leaking anymore. I will use QTR anytime I need repairs, but also if I ever need an entire roof replacement.

Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could. They coordinated when and where they would drop the shingles off and they were on time (the neighborhood association reported some neighbors had, had their shingles stolen, so the fact they were on time allowed me to park a car in front of my dropoff to at least hinder would-be thieves). They worked with me on the insurance, where the insurance guy had left off a "high roof and 2nd story charge" and netted me more money back. They told me exactly how long my estimate was good for and said they would still try to get me more money back if they found anything, they wouldn't make more money, I would just get more back from insurance. My insurance guy left off a few things they were able to point out. Again, they were straight-shooters, that's all I wanted. The 1story house was done in 1 day and the 2story house was done in a day and a half. The area was left completely clean and I didn't find any nails, like I have with other roof experiences at other homes. They didn't collect final payment until I received the final reimbursement check from my insurance company (you typically only receive 1 check up-front for depreciation and a 2nd check IF you have full replacement value). They called to let you know where they were and were very professional. I had a question about some flashing material and they quickly inspected it. I needed a more detailed itemized list to submit to my insurance company and they were happy to provide all details. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I will definitely use them for future roofs and recommend to all friends and family.

They were very responsive and called me back within 20 minutes to set up a time. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything immediately available but did work to squeeze me in the next afternoon. I did choose to go with another roofer after meeting with several (not including this one). I spoke with Michael via phone to let him know that I had made my decision to go with another roofing company he was very professional and I will definitely give them another chance (hopefully no more Hail anytime soon) if the opportunity arises.

Paul arrived as arranged and began work. All work was performed professionally, carefully, efficiently and neatly in a reasonable amount of time. Paul is very personable and works willingly with the customer to provide the most satisfying service result. He thoroughly explains all proposed work prior to commencing and carefully answers questions. This company is highly recommended!

Quality Tops Roofing replaced my roof in February and I would recommend them without reservation to anyone. I was understandably cautious about picking a roofer given the reputation of the type of service but I have nothing but praise for Tim Cox and the rest of his company. Not only did they give me a great price and wonderful service but they explained everything to me, were always punctual and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I am entirely satisfied with this experience.
