One of the better service experiences I have had. QTR did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Very happy with the process and would definitely recommend them. You can tell these guys are in the roofing business for the long run and take pride in the quality of their work. Definitely worth at least getting an estimate from them on any jobs and decide for yourself.

Quality Roofing Roofing Company is an absolutely superior business! Top quality is their standard. Was awarded a coveted Super Service Award every year during the past five years. It's a locally owned full service professional residential roofing company that has a credo of total customer satisfaction. It has about 30-years of roofing experience. A better Business Bureau rating of A+. It handled all project details to include insurance matters. I cannot praise this company too much --it is the epitome of professionalism! It has been a true pleasure and comfort working with such a truly outstanding business! It is top caliber indeed!

I have become a raving fan of Quality Tops Roofing (QTR hereafter)! Before Bruce (the President) came to my house to quote the roof replacement, we received a packet in the mail with recommendations and referrals from his clients (nice touch!). Then the next day Bruce came to my house on time and took 1.5 hours to sit down with me and discuss everything and provided me a quote onsite. He answered every question I had even one that he said he has never heard before. The next day I received a postcard thanking us for the opportunity (another nice touch!) For a comparison...We did receive another quote from a different company that was for slightly less but the person who was sent out couldn't answer my questions and took 4 days to get me the quote with no communication before or after. After we signed on to have QTR do the work, I received the cellphone number of Tim the Operations Mgr should I have any questions during the whole process. Everything was scheduled in a very timely manner. The materials came the day before as they said and then the workers showed up 30 mins early (which was great!) Around noon I received a call from Tim stating that the chimney brick that the flashing is connected to was deteriorating. He then surprised me and said he is sending out a bricklayer to fix it for free since they did not see that to quote it upfront. Everything was completed in a timely manner as they were done by 4pm in one day! From the packet to the postcard, from the 1.5 hour chat to the free brick work, Quality Tops Roofing gave me a very comfortable and trusting feeling. This actually became an enjoyable experience considering it was a roof replacement ;)

I misunderstood the services this company provided. Their representative arrived early. He was very professional and knowledgeable about roofing.

It looks good from the street. They were able to finish it in 1 day. They were prompt and courteous. Bruce was outstanding in terms of patience and follow up. I was very satisfied with the way the process went. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up. There was some additional cleaning that was needed, but I called and they were very prompt in taking care of it.

The roof crew was on time both days that they worked and performed their work with professionalism. Their cleanup was thorough.

Had shingles peeled off and torn up after a windstorm. I called Quality Tops after a search on Angie's list since I didn't want to get repairs done with any of the storm damage solicitors coming to the front door. The man answering their phone was polite and arranged an appointment with their estimator Paul later the same week. He showed up at the appointment on time and found the damage was under their minimum call charge of $285 ( 270 with the discount ). Rain the next week delayed repair of the roof at the predetermined time, but a crew showed up within the following week while I was away and fixed the damaged shingles as well as a hail damage spot at a juncture in the roof. After inspecting the work I noticed a gap between the edge of the roof and metal flashing below hadn't been sealed to keep rain and wind from lifting the edge of the roof up again. I called them about this and Paul showed up a few days later when he was in my part of town again and closed the gap. He called to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. I would call them again for future repairs.

They did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them in the future.

Overall I was very happy with the service I received from Quality Tops roofing. The appraisal was conducted in a timely and professional manner. The service was high quality and completed within the agreed timeline. All of the old materials were cleaned up and disposed of after the job was complete. I would use Quality Tops roofing again and would recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof or roofing repairs.

Mr. Paul Hooper, representative of Quality Tops Roofing, Inc., came on time to examine roof for possible damage. He gave us advice about clearing leaves trapped in vallies on the roof that could have contributed to minor water damage in ceiling area. He offered to come back if leaking recurred. He did not charge us for his service. I feel that he responded professionally and did not attempt to provide service that may not be necessary. This favorable experience shows that using Angies List is a great advantage to us.

I met with the three top-rated angies list roofing contractors. After the hail storms in Dallas this spring, all the roofing companies were busy. Bruce Sabine, President of Quality Tops Roofing (QTR) came out to my house, discussed the process to estimate and replace the roof and took notes for his estimate. Unlike many other contractors, Bruce did not want to see the insurance estimate before providing his estimate. The price he provided was very fair, and after the insurance estimate I saved about $3000 from what my insurance company was willing to reimburse. During the installation process, Bruce, Tim and other QTR representatives were very responsive. The crew that came to do the work were professional in demeanor, easy to speak with and ask questions of, and most important to me, had worked together as a team for years. Several were family members and had been doing this work for over a decade, or more. Once complete, we noticed a few shingles that had not settled correctly and I called QTR to have a look. One of their crew members, I forget his name, came out to the house on a Saturday and checked the roof, fixed the few shingles, and within about an hour everything was complete. There were no surprises with QTR, they performed exactly the work proposed, and the bill was exactly what the estimate said. Tim, the project manager then came to the house to review the work with me and answer any questions I had. I have also had a follow-up email from the company to gather my feedback on their work. I appreciate that they are very proactive with communication. If in the future I need roof repairs, I will certainly call Quality Tops Roofing.

The repair crew actual came out early and completed the work as promised. They were able to remove a previous bad repair and restore the roof area to an excellent condition.

We have used them for years now. We used them at our previous house. They are honest guys, they do what's needed to be done and don't try to sell you a bunch of needless junk. I would give them A's across the board.

Very professional in contacts, scheduling and work done. No complaints at all. Work crew was very considerate about cleaning up and checking with me on leaving dumpster in driveway. I had a Certified Roof Inspector do a final inspection after completion. Looking at vents, flashings & roofing work, only one shingle needing trimming was found. Nothing else. Quite an accomplishment for 105 degree +++(on the roof) weather. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

When no one was here by 10.15 on the day the estimate was scheduled, I called to see what was happening. I was told that the person who was to do the estimate didn't see it on his schedule, but he was in the Dallas area. The gentleman I was talking to said he remembered talking to me and did not know what had happened. Then he said he remembered that his boss had said they did not do the kind of work I needed done (without looking at it, they decided it was a carpentry job) and that he had left me a message to that effect the day after we made the appointment. When I told him I never received such a message, he looked at the number he had called and realized that he had the last digit wrong. I waited ten days to have the estimate done only to find out they did not want the job. The gentleman whom I spoke with was very cordial and professional on the phone, just not as efficient as he seemed. It was a frustrating experience.

The crews came on time, did a good job, answered any questions and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. We were satisfied with the outcome and the professionalism throughout the process.

We called for an estimate. They quickly scheduled an appointment and came to our home. They made suggestions and recommended improvements. They explained everything to us and answered all our questions. They quickly responded with a detailed estimate. We called to accept their estimate and they scheduled the date and time - the installation date was within a week. Everything happened as they said. They materials and the workers arrived on the dates and times given. The workers were very nice. The quality of the work was excellent. Their cleanup was unbelievable. You would have never known they worked on the house except for the beautiful new roof. We have pets so we checked our yard very carefully and we only found one nail!! We were so happy with their work. We have already recommended them to friends. We would definitely call them again.
