Quality top roofing Stands behind there work more important they stand on there work.seriously the gentlemen in charge did communicate with me very well. There were some problems with my roof and they were clear and upfront with the cost.i received several pieces of corespondents before during and after.Some of the letters almost seemed like love letters.the main thing is they communicated with me very well.But the main thing I want to say is the workmen themselves.they were very respectful,polite even though I was in there way a few times. I think people do not know how trashy putting a roof on is.They picked up every little piece.i even caught one of them picking up a candy wrapper I had left.I did complain about how loud there hammers were because it was making my dogs mad.I ask them to use quieter hammers.they told me they were on back order.i am sure the cost was one of the highest but it was worth the piece of mind of knowing they did a good job.i assure you when and if it rains again and it leaks i will be on them like a duck on a June bug.i feel assured they will respond fast. Bruce was our primary contact. He was professional, punctual and managed the project well. Their price was just slightly higher than another bid I got, but Bruce really knew what he was talking about and in some places where other providers had tried to upsell me Bruce explained the upsell option and let me know that it was really unnecessary. The crew that did the work did a good job, the work was high quality and they did a great job of cleaning up. My gutters on the aging/old roof were incorrectly attached to the old wood shingles (built in 1928). This was discovered after they had torn most of the roof off. Bruce had a gutter company come shorten the gutters and reinstall them at cost which saved me money compared to replacing them. I have used a fair amount of "A" rated providers on Angie's List. Sometimes they are good, sometimes there are issues, Quality Tops is the first perfect experience I have had and I would highly recommend them.

I bought the 199. special from Angieslist. I called them and they came out to check my roof. They were on time, professional and after a quick check, only found a few loose tiles, which they fixed. They service professional said there was not much to do so they were going to refund me part of the coupon $50. I found this to be very nice and honest. They said with the few fixes the roof should be great for years. I liked their honesty and professionalism. I will call them for future jobs. It took them about 1 hour to check it all, talk to me (they were up there about 45 min).

The job was completed in one day. He arrived before the scheduled appointment and started working. My chimney and roof look alot better but we will see how it holds up once it rains. I had to leave to go to work before he finished cleaning up but when I came home, he had sweep my patio and left the extra paint at my front door.

QTR promptly returned my request for a quote to replace two power vents in my attic. They performed the work in a reasonable timeframe and completed it thoroughly and without making a mess. They communicated well throughout the process.

It was good. He came out and he eventually dispelled some of my fears. He assured me that I did need to just have the repairs and not the roof. He was very helpful.

I wasn't home when the work was performed; however, everything seems to be done correctly.

My roof is 5 years old and I wanted it inspected to check for damage and ensure all joints, etc. looked good. I also had gutter guards installed this year and the cedar shake on my house stained, each of which required men on the roof, so I wanted to make sure no damage was done to the roof while the unrelated maintenance was performed. The inspection was quickly scheduled, and coordination was great because when the inspector finished a job near my house early a few days before my scheduled inspection, he called to see if he could stop by early. He did a thorough inspection and immediately called to report his findings. He did not try to push anything unnecessary, which was appreciated. I will absolutely use them again for any and all roofing needs.

This was a great experience. Bruce came out to my house and gave me an estimate on the spot. I really appreciated that. He was prompt, very professional, and explained everything to me. It took me a month or so to make a final decision and when I did they remembered who I was, still guaranteed the pricing, and made a date to have the roof put on. They even guaranteed to fix a patio that had been leaking. Materials arrived the date they said they would. Roofers were here on date and time. The job manager called to make sure I was satisfied, after looking over the job. They cleaned up very well and they did not bother me at all during the process. Everything looked great! I would recommend their roofing services to anyone.

The company came to my house and sat down explaining the different kinds of shingles and brands. They went through the process from start to end and included what they said in writing. I took the quote and discussed it with my wife (always get three separate quotes from three companies) We called Quality Tops Roofing back and I emailed them the signed quote. They called and gave me the start date and duration of work and stuck to it. I was very surprised at the lack of trash during the re-roofing event. Each evening I walked my yard looking for nails, old paper and old shingles. They never started too early in the morning or stayed too late in the evening. Impressive company.

Great! Paul did the initial inspection and recommendations and then he and a helper returned and did the work quickly and efficiently. He was very personable, polite and seemed to really care about my problem. I would definitely call them again.

It went excellent. The guy came out checked our roof and gave us some hints on what to watch out for. He gave me the facts, did not try to push anything. Just gave me his card and let me know to call him when we are ready for work.

The question "Were service performed by provider" only lets me check yes or no. The roof repair was done by Quality Top and the guttering was done by a sub contractor to Quality Top. I was tired of the weekend roofer knocking on my door trying to sell me a new roof when I only had minor wind damage. I had called my insurance company to see if they would cover the cost of the new roof. The amount of damage was less than my deductible so they would not cover it. I called Quality Top for an estimate and they gave me an estimate of $285.00 do repair the wind damage. I also need some guttering put up and asked them for an estimate. They came in at $598.00 for the guttering. The actual cost of the repair is what was estimated. All of the work was done in a very timely fashion and the both the gutter and roofing installers were very professional and very courteous. Lead time was very short. I would have no problem hiring Quality Tops roofing to do another job for me and I would HIGHLY recommend them to my friends and family.

They did an excellent job on the roof.

about 2 hrs before the appointment the inspector called and cancelled. He said he had been double booked. When we explained what prompted our call to them, his response was it was probably not what we thought it was. During a recent rain storm we heard a sound a rhythmic tapping in one of our air conditioning ducts. We were told the sound was probably wind blowing across a vent. He said if we saw water stains he would try to get back as quickly as he could, but other wise he didn't know when he could inspect our roof.

They walked around, patched areas, and checked things out. Everything was fine. I don’t recall any issues.

I chose this company because of their great reviews on Angie's List and I'm so glad I did! They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. The bid was very much in line with others that I had received, but I chose them because they responded so quickly and were so professional when they came out to do the estimate. The materials were delivered in advance and the crew showed up and did the job in one day, even with taking a long lunch break. I was able to communicate with all the workers and they ran the magnet around the house more than once to pick up all the nails and debris. No broken plants and a clean yard when they finished. What more can you ask from a vendor???? I will definitely use them again in the future!
